Good product but very expensive
The first thing to say is that this is an elegant solution to the problem of space and unavoidable need to iron your clothes. I’ve got two main things to say about this product: the first is about the quality and build, and the second is about the price. For the first part I can say that it’s an excellent item: well made and well thought out. I’ve fitted it in my daughter’s flat as she has nowhere to store an ironing board let alone stand one up easily. It’s easier if you’ve someone to help as you need to make sure it’s level whilst presenting it to the wall. It looks good when it’s fixed up and the mirror really adds a touch of class to it. It makes it more than just a cupboard on the wall and, as with mirrors in general, makes the room look larger by giving a longer perspective and eye line. It’s also very useful as you can move the board along its axis once its descended and put it in the best position for access. The other aspect is the price: this is less of a positive and I think it’s the thing that will stop you buying it. It’s well made and sturdy enough, but in essence it’s still an ironing board in a cupboard and for the money that’s really all you’re getting for just short of £170. It’s a good product but I just can’t see how it can be recommended at this price.

handy space-saver, but very expensive
this ironing board cabinet is a clever idea – folds away neatly, has storage space inside, and even comes with a mirror, so it looks decent in small rooms or studios. the board rotates smoothly and feels stable when fixed properly, making ironing a lot less of a faff. installation’s straightforward with all bits included, though the fixing system could be neater. Quality and finishing is not up to mark considering price of £169. I was expecting premium product at this price range but this is below expectation. overall, once up, it’s practical, sturdy and a real space-saver, but worth checking alternatives for cheaper option.
