Excellent Probiotic Complex
Excellent Probiotic, I have tried several different brands over the years from Align, Culturelle, Florastor, and Vitacost. The Nutricost Complex contains an excellent blend of probiotic strains to keep your gut healthy. I have been using this product for almost 3-years and have not been disappointed. Five stars because this is what my doctor recommends and I have no complaints. The capsules aren't as big as the fish oil capsules I take but they still take some getting used to. Everything is working for me, so I got that going for me.
