While no neck support will be extremely comfortable, this one really works. I slept the best I have slept in a long time. I highly recommend for teeth grinding or bruxism...typically that is done at night and because the mouth opens. I had another neck support but it was terribly uncomfortable - this one is far better.

Great Cervical Collar I recommend it to those who need more comfort.

I'm not sure how this is supposed to help, but, it helps support my neck while I sleep. That is important for me, so, I gave it three stars.

I use these on international flights. I often fly for over 8 hours. These help me sleep like a baby. No other travel pillow delivers what this pillow does. If you often travel long hours, or just want to sleep better in a sitting position, you MUST buy one of these.

It works! I like that the fabric is very soft and velvety. I have a 13" neck and got the Medium sized one, and it's plenty large enough. It came with a silky "sleeve" as an option to the velvety fabric it's made of, but I'm not using the sleeve. I have it arranged so it is not snug, to allow air flow. You don't need to wear it tight around your neck, and if you do, you probably won't enjoy it. It lifts my chin, as a reminder not to bend my head over to read the screen on my laptop, and that is the main benefit. I got the dark blue one, and it sort of looks like a scarf around my neck, but I'm not going to wear it in public, just when I'm working on the computer. The price is right, and it works for me?

It is a comfortable collar but the Velcro is so strong that by the time I finally pull it off my neck hurts more than when I started. To resolve this, I affixed the Velcro again (while off), cut through the band, created a little hem which I can put a shoestring through.

I have horrible cervical issues that causes extreme pain. Nothing alleviates the pain, making falling asleep at night next to impossible. After researching several neck braces online tgat were very expensive and that didn't provide the best reviews, I decided to purchase this brace. It's the best purchase I've made! After months of literally no sleep, I have finally been able to lay down at night and fall asleep and remain asleep for AT LEAST 8½ hours every night. I highly recommend using this for anyone struggling with degenerative disc disease, herniated or bulging discs, stenosis, etc., or even for those who have a simple strain. Of course, I'm not a doctor and you should probably consult your own, but for me, I was desperate. I bought/used first then asked later, lol. Luckily for me the brace was perfectly fine for me to use and I have all the conditions I previously mentioned.

Amazing product! Have neck pain whenever working at my computer and always needed to use a heating pad afterwards. When wearing this neck brace, I no longer have this issue. It’s very comfortable and is easily adjustable to fit your neck. My neck is on the small size and it adjusts well for me. Highly recommend!
