These taste slightly like citrus as you swallow them, but I haven't had any burps or anything afterwards that taste weird. Usually capsules will make me nauseous but these have been perfectly fine I take them with food and have not had any issues I am taking them to keep from getting clogged ducts after having them frequently, and I have not had one since

These did great while I was pregnant. Only complaint is the container and the pills have a VERY strong lemon smell. Luckily I put them in my pill box for the week and so it’s not so bad after it’s been a few days of being out of the original container. When you swallow it you have a slight lemon taste but it’s not bad. Just weird. Overall I was super happy with it. The pills were not huge and they were easy to swallow.

Love this choline supplement! Has enough choline for first and second trimester with two capsules, and can take a third daily in the third trimester. It has a light lemon aroma/flavor that is refreshing, though if you're dealing with food/smell aversions may want to test out how you do with smelling lemon before buying.

I took these for two pregnancies and it was great. They have a flight odor to them but overall they are easy to take

Smells good, although strong. Easy to take and needed to help supplement most prenatals. The size is easy to swallow and pills are not sticky at all. I trust the safety of this company. I used with my first born and she's kinda perfect :)
