I luv, luv, luv this coffee pot. No issues. I have used every function: iced coffee, brew later, and the cleaning function works great every time. The manual is easy to understand.

Bargain quality pot. Makes excellent hot coffee and stays warm for 4 hours. Has basket filter, which I dislike because they may fold over during brewing. Not so with this pot. Easy to add water before brewing. No spills and it really pours fast. I’ve used it for 3 weeks now, that’s about 50 pots or 300 cups of Joe. Time will tell if this pot lasts, but I really like it now.

Took a star only because the time and controls are on the side which is so annoying. But it’s a great coffee maker, no leaks, no issues. I use it a lot we are a 2x 12cups a day household and it has held up great! Also the heating plate doesn’t burn the coffee.

This product works very well and it does not leak when you pull away from its holder. Makes delicious coffee much better than any coffee maker I've had and you can switch between iced coffee you can make tea you can make iced tea and delicious regular coffee and cheese how how strong it is which is good

Love this coffee maker! Works as it should, good quality, keeps the coffee warm. It does drip quite a bit when pouring some coffee while it’s brewing but it’s not a big deal to me. Worth the buy!

Glad I made this purchase ! Love it more than my Keurig! Keeps my coffee hot for a couple hours and then shuts off on its own on times I forget. Perfect size as well, fits n my coffee corner.

Great coffee machine! I like the 2 hour warmer automatic shut off feature. The overhead vortex system brews the coffee grounds thoroughly. FYI, it doesn't come with a screen mesh filter. I thought it was in the description, but probably a different Black & Decker model. All in all, I'm very happy with it.
