The clock arrived with a broken hook
It was not the first clock we had ordered, they are very good value for money.I did not realise that the hook was broken off until I arrived at the relations house to repair a clock that had stopped working.I decided to fix then hook with Araldite rather than go through the bother of returning the damaged unit

Replacement
Have bought this to repair a clock that has just started working again. This replacement is fine and will be used when eventually my clock 'dies' again

Battery won't fit
Altogether pointless. The clock hands are thin and bendy, and most of all the battery won't fit

It's ok
It's ok arms very thin so can easily be bent ... with the nut tightened on the mechanism through the clock there's still some movement... the mechanism can still move , it's not rigid , but that aside it does the job
