Seems to work well!
Ordered this for a specific set of symptoms...took the recommended dosage and the next day had noticeable reduction in my symptoms. I have not tried other brands yet ... but this works for me and my needs!

Great Product.
Best ZMA product out there. I usually open the capsule and add to my smoothie. This one actually mixes well, no clumps. Also P5P instead of regular B6 means you get a fat superior product.

High bioavailability.
Other ZMAs use a cheap version of magnesium,b12 and zinc but this product uses only the best bioavailable versions of said nutrients/minerals.
