C'est pour moi le seul véritable hachoir à persil. La lame inférieur est à ras du bol ce qui permet de hâcher même une petite quantité d'herbe.A présent je hache une grande quantité d'herbe et d’échalotes que je place dans une boite au congélateur et je prélève au fur et à mesure de mes besoins.
