Expensive but worth it. I distill my water and I had an allergic reaction to the fulvic acid most people use to re-mineralise. This Kiki health ionic electrolytes mix is such good quality, I absolutely love it- best water ever!

No markings on the pipette. All other liquid supplements that I use are marked at 1ml and 2ml. You have to count 30 drops!! What a faff

I use after illness or when I have felt weak or that I need a boost. If I take too regularly I feel like I can smell a metal odour from my skin! Apparently it’s a thing! I did a lot of research and think these are the best for the price point. I don’t feel they have any taste.
