Fun, and good learning aid for young ones
This is a fun little toy good way to train the kiddos young about safety, cleaning up your brass, and reloading. The range isn't very far its effective range is about 13 ft when knocking over toy soldiers.

11 yr old Grandson approved
A big hit with 11 yr old grandson. I did have a chat about it being a 'play' gun & under no circumstances is he to remove the orange tips on the barrels for safety reasons. Sadly it's a different world than when as kids, we innocently played cops & robbers with toy cap guns. Grandson said it was a cool toy!

Realistic kids toy!
Bought this for my son who is 10 and started teaching him safety things on it so he can transition to real guns with at least a little bit of knowledge about them. He loves it and plays with it non stop!

Great gift!
Got this as a gift for my 8 year old brother and he loves it! As soon as he opened up the box he put it together himself! Easy to put together apparently! But he ended up sleeping with it he loved it so much!

Smaller than advertised, doesn't look the same as in the pictures
This is advertised as being 30" long, but it is 25" long fully assembled. The bullets do not stick out the tip of the shells & cannot be loaded into the magazine with the tips protruding; they must be completely shoved into the casings. The orange tip is not attached/permanent. It does come with a generous amount of bullets and it shoots them hard. The shell ejecting mechanism works. The magazines stick in the gun and are very difficult to remove as the release catch frequently simply doesn't work. I will probably return this.
