I am the owner of an RV that came with a lame horn. The times I had to use it was embarrassing. I searched for an easy to install electric horn to remedy my dilemma. Installation was very easy and was a direct connect to my former anemic horn connections.. Finally a strong sounding horn. Update April 17, 2024. I finally took the RV with the new horn out on the road. The horn was great until I ran into some rough weather in South Carolina. I heard a loud thud under the RV and saw a large semi swerve behind me. The semi apparently swerved to miss the smaller trumpet that fell off of the horn. My horn sounded weak now, so I figured out what the problem when I stopped that night. I contacted Vixenhorns regarding the now missing horn. After a few messages were exchanged, Vixenhorns was kind enough to ship the missing trumpet to my location. Thanks for the trumpet and it has been installed and sounds great!

This is the second horn I have bought from this seller. I had a 28' boat that I installed the previous horn on. It's so loud and sounds amazing. Both for safety and boasting reasons this is the best horn to have on a boat. When I upgraded to a larger 38' boat, I knew I had to have this horn on that boat as well. I use it to signal coming in and out of the marina and for safety purposes on the water. I've had more than. Fee compliments on the look and sound of the horn. By far the best deal and bang for your buck out there. Super easy to install and hook up!

They are louder than a car horn for sure!

These sound great and are quite loud. I recommend installing with the bells pointed downward, if possible. I just replaced the first set after 5 years - the drivers corroded, the exterior is fine. This was not even a marine environment, installed on truck. Much easier to install than an air system, the biggest obstacle was finding enough space. Don’t seem user-serviceable in any way, attempted removal of the screws holding the driver together failed miserably.

I bought these horns to replace an old set of Wolo horns. The membranes got badly rusted and couldn't find replacement parts. It was easy to install in place of the mold ones, only needed to drill one hole. Sounds great. It's a bit long but I don't mind to look sensational. Being made of stainless steel and painted, it will last as long as the boat which is already over 30 yrs old. I can't wait to get on the lake and make some noise.

Hooked these up today and MAN gave them a shot and all the dogs in the neighborhood began to howel... nice looking on my 25 foot Bayliner the horns on it were plastic, one had stopped working so I replaced them with these, really nice and LOUD!!!! UPDATE... One HORN is OUT, this stinks you pay 80 bucks for something and the higher pitched horn goes out... What is the warranty on this??? UPDATE... 6/26/19 HORNS are completely out - terrible product - DO NOT PURCHASE ---
