This helped me - but this is not a miracle solution. If you have light sprains then perhaps this will help in healing by not allowing too much movement in the wrist. BUT if you have a serious injury - talk to a doctor, you might need medicines or a proper bandage. I twisted my wrist in gym - I used this for a week and also used home remedies - and the pain reduced. This is designed well and the elastic strap works nicely - you can type on the keyboard but try not to drive or ride a motorcycle. Don't make it wet - it feels itchy after that.

As a gym freak I use this while doing my workout , it provides good support to my wrist while lifting heavy and also post workout. Quality of the product is good and can fit any size as it is flexible. Price range of the product is also decent.

Not worth even a 1 star. The product quality is so worst, I would use a cloth ripped off an old piece of shirt to wrap around my wrist instead. The stitching is so poor, I bet they must have sewn it from a cave. They have used the materials so carelessly, you cannot wear this junk when you go outside or to work. This is clearly a DIY product. Check the photo so that you can understand how poor quality the product is. The stitches and inseam are very visible as if stitching up some waste clothes in a DIY manner by a cobbler. This company should be ashamed of listing such an item for sale on a platform like Amazon. Also the size is for small kids not adult, have a look at my hand as compared to my niece's who is just 19.

Fulfills the purpose. Seems durable and is lightweight. I have a sprain in the wrist joint after birth of my baby (due to handling him maybe). And I had a plaster from a local hadvaid but it was very irritating and scratchy. This is easy to remove and wear.

This wrist support is good for daily use. It gives nice support to the wrist and thumb and helps reduce mild pain. The material is soft and comfortable to wear for long time. It is easy to use and fits well. Provide extra support during workout 💪
