This is a super piece of kit. Responsive with excellent still and video. One charge last for ages.

Wish I had not wasted my money. In the first instance you have to download an app that is separate to my Yale home alarm system and does not integrate. I can live with that however the worst part is that it is slow to pick up movement so if you walk past it it will not start recording and miss the first 5 seconds despite being in view. Because of this I cannot use it for its intended view. Finally the recorded clips are nothing like the standard you would expect (set on high), when you zoom in most definition is lost. A real disappointment.

Good quality pictures and a breeze to install. Some of the settings weren’t that obvious when powering the camera off a solar panel, but didn’t take long to walk it out.

Once I downloaded the correct App, the camera was straight forward to install & easy to use. Yale Help centre were most helpful.

I had high expectations from the Yale Smart Outdoor Camera given Yale’s reputation in home security, but unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. First, the connectivity is extremely slow. It regularly takes 40–50 seconds for the camera to connect when opening the live feed. In practice this makes it almost impossible to react to events in real time, which defeats the purpose of a security camera. The software and app experience are also very poor. Even when an event has already finished and the recording is available, loading the clip takes a long time. The overall app feels slow and unpolished, especially when compared with competing products in the same category. Another major issue is the motion detection reliability. Even with the sensor set to the highest sensitivity, the camera sometimes fails to detect and record large animals, which raises concerns about how reliably it would capture important security events. Finally, Wi-Fi reliability is inconsistent, with frequent connection issues that further add to the delays and frustration. I am changing to a different brand asap.

It detects movement and alarms to your phone, picture quality is good and has good nightsight. There is no technical information, it focuses on how to mount the device, no manual as such.

There are two issues I have with this product:- 1. Compatibility - This is yet another product from YALE that requires its own specific APP to work, I have several other YALE products (CCTV, two types of Internal Cameras, Door Locks) all of which only operate in their own APP. In addition YALE will not support APPLE HOME which would have been a great work around to get all the security devices onto one usable application. 2. Slow - all these products take an age from clicking on to getting a picture a lot of buffering, this makes it useless when getting a notification that a delivery driver is at your door and activating to be able to talk to him to give any instructions (the delivery driver has normally long gone before the cameras are active) - I know this is probably something to do with my internet service, but to be honest I don’t have any slow or restricted internet even at peak times) I have contacted YALE and the responses seem to be mostly ‘It is what it is’ and not really an engagement in resolving issues.

This camera is so annoying we can not get it to connect to our WiFi. We have other Yale security but this is pretty useless to us and we have thrown away the box as we was waiting for our technical minded son to sort it and even he couldn't.

Egal, wo wir gerade sind, wir können jederzeit auf die Kamera zugreifen, unser Grundstück überwachen und bei Bedarf schnell reagieren. Besonders praktisch ist das Live-Video-Feature, mit dem wir in Echtzeit sehen können, was draußen passiert. Das Zwei-Wege-Audio ermöglicht es uns zudem, mit Besuchern oder Lieferanten zu sprechen, ohne die Tür öffnen zu müssen. Das vermittelt ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit, gerade wenn man nicht zu Hause ist. Ein weiteres großes Plus sind die Echtzeit-Benachrichtigungen, die uns sofort informieren, sobald eine Bewegung erkannt wird. Wir haben auch die anpassbaren Zonen und Zeitpläne eingerichtet, um unnötige Alarme zu vermeiden. So werden wir nur benachrichtigt, wenn sich tatsächlich jemand in den relevanten Bereichen aufhält, was die Überwachung noch effizienter macht. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Nachtsicht. Selbst bei völliger Dunkelheit liefert die Kamera gestochen scharfe, farbige Bilder, und der integrierte LED-Scheinwerfer schaltet sich bei Bewegung automatisch ein. Das sorgt nicht nur für Sicherheit, sondern auch für eine gute Ausleuchtung der Umgebung. Die Installation war erfreulich einfach. Die Kamera lässt sich wahlweise mit Akku oder Kabel betreiben, was uns viel Flexibilität bietet. Auch das Aufladen der Akkus ist dank der durchdachten Montagemöglichkeiten unkompliziert. Was die Erkennung angeht, bietet die Kamera viele nützliche Funktionen, wie die Personen-, Fahrzeug- und Paketerkennung. Zwar ist für einige dieser Funktionen ein Abonnement erforderlich, aber allein die Möglichkeit, gezielt benachrichtigt zu werden, wenn zum Beispiel ein Paket geliefert wird oder sich ein Fahrzeug nähert, ist wirklich praktisch. Insgesamt sind wir mit der Yale Smart Außenkamera sehr zufrieden. Sie bietet viele durchdachte Funktionen, die unsere Sicherheit erhöhen, und ist gleichzeitig benutzerfreundlich. Besonders für Menschen, die viel unterwegs sind oder einfach ein extra Gefühl der Sicherheit möchten, ist diese Kamera eine großartige Investition.

Ürün çok güzel. Çok beğendim. Kendi pili var , şarj edilebiliyor, kendi hafızası da var. Çok hoşuma gitti. Ürüne ihtiyacım olmadığı düşünüp iade edecegim.

Dış Kapı girişine monte ettim, Çok kullanışlı tavsiye ederim...

Gute Bilder, aber zu träge Reaktionszeit.Man muss schon fast vor der Kamera stehen bis sie reagiert. Für diese Leistung bisschen zu teuer.
