This iron supplement has helped her feel better after her doctor diagnosed her with anemia and recommended she take iron supplements. I just needed a little boost in my iron and this does the job for me. The recommended dose is two capsules a day but I only take one a day since my iron shows normal. I seem to feel better and not as tired with this addition to my routine. I'll continue to take these as long as my body responds well to them.
