I love this DJI mini 3 drone and the controller, it's a game changer from having to connect my mobile phone to a controller to control the drone , this new set up saves time and the screen on the controller is clear , easy to see and the controls are better and easier to use, also the signal is much better with less drop out in signal quality, less warnings when flying in built up areas than I was having with the DJI SE mini 2. Also this DJI mini 3 drone has 4k video capabilities so the video footage is much improved over my last drone the SE mini 2. Also with the added bonus of true vertical footage at the touch of the screen to change from vertical to horizontal filming for use on Instagram, tiktik and other platforms, youtube shorts also uses vertical so it's good to have the choice. I found it very easy to set up , I definitely recommend getting the care refresh it's added peace of mind and means I can replace the drone without having to pay the full cost. Its still very portable at under 250g , it fits into a case well with the controller to take on my hikes and camps, I can have it in the air very fast , just connect the small screw on controllers turn both devices on and it's almost instant to be able to fly. This drone isn't cheap but it's still good value compared to some of the more expensive drones, true vertical shooting , clear 4k footage, less signal warnings, good stability in windy conditions, obviously not really strong winds but you get to know quickly the wind capabilities of the drone it can handle quite a strong wind. The footage is brilliant, for a small compact drone it's a very good starting point for outdoor filming with a drone. It needs a memory card, just need to be careful landing on grass the drone can flip as I've found out , best landing on a landing pad to be safe, battery life is OK but a second battery means more air time. The drone stays stable and films steady footage.

excellent drone from dji .. the flymore combo is a great deal I now have 2 dji drones and have never had a reason to complain... the camera is great and can fillm in both portrait and landscape mode... easy to set up and use the xontroller is awesome as it doesnt require a phone as it has its own screen.... I logged into my account and it added this drone and controller to my other one automatically... dji mini series drones are fun and easy to get used to...

Before buying this drone I purchased a cheap one to see if drone flying and photography was something was just a fad or something I would like to continue on a long term basis. It turned out to be the latter. So, what drone to buy? There are a lot of drones out there claiming to have 4K or even 8K cameras with the drone itself having lots of features. But I can promise you - even if you are a beginner like me, if you are serious about making this a long term hobby then you need to spend a bit. You really do get what you pay for. I looked at and read reviews of many drones but in the end I focused on Holy Stone and DJI. Holy Stone seemed decent and cheaper but DJI, although more expensive seemed to have the edge in the key areas of quality of the camera and flyability of the drone. In the end I went for this DJI Mini 3 with the Fly More package which included the remote control with built in screen, 2 extra batteries and a shoulder bag to put it all in. This package was at the very top end of what I wanted to pay and maybe a bit more than what I wanted to pay. At this point, I should say I was also looking at the Mini 3 Pro which has quite a few upgraded features, the main ones being a better camera, an obstacle avoidance system and Active Tracking where the drone can fix on and follow a moving object. I would have liked the obstacle avoidance but the Mini Pro 3 with the Fly More package was about £300 more than the Mini 3. Much more than I wanted to pay. So I bought the Mini 3 and also bought a 2 year care package for £85 which covers accidental damage. And I can tell you that the camera produces very good photos and even better videos in 4K. And the drone instils confidence. It is very responsive and very stable - a joy to fly. It handles windy conditions very well. Build quality of all components is also excellent.

Super impressed with this small but wonderful drone. If you are technically minded then it's ok to understand reasonably quickly. I am still on a learning curve when it comes to flying it but really enjoying the fact it takes time to develop flying skills and videoing skills. I've heard of other people crashing it on day 1 , but if you follow the rules and it does tell you when it's not happy taking off you will be fine. The fly more kit is worth the money, as is the all in one controller. Remember to do the owner operator test and label your drone.

This product is super cool! Got this for my friends wedding wanted to fly it, however once I received it, it has a few marks on the propellers and a few marks on the actual drone. Once I set it up, the camera quality absolutely blew my mind. Overall it’s a really cool product. Just hopping something like this does not happen and once I can get my refund I’m tempted to purchase the dji mini 3 pro or mini 4.

Just amazing. The fly more kit is great value for money with well over an hour flight time across 3 batteries. Video quality is amazing at 4k30 or 2.7k60. So easy to handle as drone practically flys itself, but everyone knows DJI drones are the best for this. Size and weight conforms to legal standards being under 249g, meaning no license is required (here in the UK). Fly more kit comes with battery charging station for easy charging of all 3 batteries and remote from one power source! I couldn’t recommend enough to someone who wants to get into drones! Very beginner friendly, also capable of semi professional looking footage with the ability to shoot in pro (manual) mode. Lens cap can also be swapped out for ND and UV filters also sold by DJI or other brands to achieve a much slower shutter speed for low flying motion blur. App is phenomenally easy to use with great AI features. Simple one click edits produced some really nice clips. I have attached a one click edits below so you can see what it is capable of!
