I enjoyed this flavor more than the coconut or plain basmati rice. Only one and a half minutes to heat in microwave.

I’m not a big plain rice fan, but this cilantro lime is really good. I did add a bit more lime and salt though. Very easy to make, and super fast. Good value. Great for fast weeknight dinners, used to make a quick casserole with shredded chicken and cheese.
