I am s firm believer in simplicity. This coffee maker is just that. One button and you're done!We use it daily and have had no problems. This is a single serve, capacity device where you pour in water and install a K Cup. Strength is adjusted by the quantity of water, according to taste. Easy to clean and flush the water system with recommended water, vinegar combo. Doesn't need expensive bottles of cleaning solution like the expensive big guys. Heats water just fine. Suggest using a water filter or bottled water if you have mineralized water. Easy to travel with because there is no hidden water tank that you can't to, like the well known expensive ones. It does the same job for way less money.

Purchased this a couple of weeks ago and the first couple of uses it worked fine. After that, it puts out a couple of ounces of water then stops. You have to open the top, close it, and start it again sometimes twice to get the full cup to go through the machine. It also fills the cup with coffee grounds because you are opening and closing the puncture top on the k-cup at least twice to get the water to cycle through. Wish I had just spent a little more and got the Keurig brand machine. I no longer have the box so I can't return it. Definitely would NOT recommend this machine to anyone. It's a complete waste of money.

This has a generous coffee basket so you can match the amount of ground coffee to your cup size. Or, you can use a K-cup, It has an adjustable height feature, so you can match the height of your coffee cup and avoid splashing onto your counter. It brew's quickly and the coffee is hot. It would be nice if they would add a feature so you can see the quantity of water in the machine. It’s almost the perfect single cup brewer. Chefman put a lot of thought into the design of this machine and I would buy it again. After purchasing multiple other single cup machines, this is by far the best value for quality and price. I’ll note I tried it after I was pleased with the purchase of the Chefman combo, toaster oven, air fryer, etc..

I love this single serving. Its just me and works quickly. I had another one for years and this is a replacement to the first one. They did some improvements on this one. No inside nob like the old one that could break easy even though mine didn't. Adjustment lever for taller coffee cups. K cup basket alot easier to insert. The only situation I have with this new one, was coffee ground seemed to sometimes get in with my coffee. My old one never did. I bought some small brown k cup filters. You get 100 for under 10.00 dollars. I set the k cup into that little filter and put it in the machine. works like a charm. Get brown ones, then you know they are natural and no bleach. Won't change your coffee taste......I take it when traveling......

I have had 2 others and this one doesn't brew a full 14oz cup .. but makes a good cup of coffee ..Idk if they changed this but it doesn't work as well as one I had a year ago until it broke .

I got this particular one for the slimness and how simple it is to use. For me, I measure the amount of water in the cup that I will use with my K-Cup or Ground Coffee. Based on that amount, I don't have to worry if it'll be a short pour or an overpour, just right. It is hot for me to sip, so I can use some almond creamer to cool it down if I want or cool water to not burn my lips and keep the flavor of the K-Cup or Ground Coffee. Using the right cup, hands can stay warm too. I just received it not long ago and so far so good. This is a keeper.

I bought this as a gift from my aunt she’s 82 years old and she needed just a small coffee maker when she first turned it on. It made a very high kissing sound but then after that it started working now it won’t heat up the water is coming out. The coffee maker is ice cold and now it’s stopped and it won’t do anything. I called the company to see if they could replace it and you would not believe the things that I have to go through to get this taken care of a set of just requesting the coffee maker back and just issuing her a new one, because I bought it for her birthday but now. But now they want me to video what it’s doing also look on the bottom of the coffee maker and show all the numbers which I told her I could give her the cal and the order number from Amazon and she said no I said, could you hold till I called the lady to get the information from her so she lives in Cape Coral and I live in Tampa she said no I have other customers online just do what I sent you to do so if I was you, I wouldn’t buy this product again because the customer service is badAnd I just purchased the coffee maker March 16 of 2024. It didn’t even last two months.

This machine is easy to use, a breeze to clean and will make ground coffee or k-cups with the included insert. It's quick, too! When I want my coffee this brews it up in a flash. I've had it for several months and I'm very pleased with it.
