I love this treadmill. I could easily assembled by following the instructions and works perfectly fine from day1. It has become a daily routine and a part of my daily activities. My in-laws to my 10 year old daughter everyone feels happy about the purchase and ease of handling

It has been a year since I've had this treadmill and it has not given me any issues whatsoever. My wife and I use it pretty much everyday. It is quiet, but heavy though. It has a fair amount of features for the price.

I had a commercial size NordicTrack I bought in 2015 and it finally conked out on me after using it 5-7 days a week running or walking on inclines. I would be on it for 30 mins or up to 2 hours depending on what I was doing. I got this smaller version because I know how difficult it is to move the monster size ones. Fits nicely in a corner. It is a good size and can fold up. It does not have all the extra features such as a built-in fan, but so far so good. It does have a weight limit, and I don’t remember if my previous treadmill had one. It works with iFit, which is a monthly subscription for $40/month. I think it’s worth it, as it works with your treadmill and provides other workouts such as weight training and yoga. I have been using it for moderate walks on an 8% incline while watching on my iPad (secured on the treadmill). I notice that I break out in a sweat as much as I do when I do a jog. It was fairly straightforward to build except for the part of securing one piece. You’ll know what it is when you get to that part of the assembly.

Very happy with this purchase - overall well-designed, the belt is smooth and nicely cushioned, and the controls are easy to use with a nice set of options for different workout types. The single-press speed and incline settings are nice to have, and I had no trouble connecting the console to the iFit app on my phone, but it's apparently not possible to connect to it via Bluetooth to play my own audio through the build-in speakers (it does have an aux jack however). As for noise level, I don't find it any louder or quieter than other treadmills I've used. As far as setup goes, be aware that the box is extremely heavy. I'm an average height and weight male and was just able to drag it into my house through the garage from the driveway where it was delivered. So I would say that the additional in-house delivery service is necessary if you don't have a couple of strong people to carry it. I'm fairly handy and assembly took me about 2 hours, but I wasn't able to complete the final step (installing the storage arm under the unit) as there is no safe way to hold the base up while working on it alone (I don't plan to use the storage option anyway). Note that it doesn't come with wheels, so I recommend assembling it in its final placement or getting some furniture sliders if you think you'll need to move it at all. Because I didn't see it in the specifications, I'll note here that the height from the floor to the belt is about 8 inches, if you're concerned about head room due to a low ceiling, as I was. One last thing - the unit won't operate at all unless the safety key (magnetic red plastic box) is in placed on the console, so if you turn the unit on and it does nothing but beep, that is the reason.

I bought this for my mother, it arrived on time. No issues. I paid for the expert installation, which we had no problems. 15 minutes after the technician left, the thing stopped working. Of course I was at work, so when this occurred my mom did not know what to do. She called the tech back and he confirmed he could not figure out why it stopped. Later that evening I stopped by my moms house to see what the story was. Everything seemed to work except the belt. Now I have to call NordicTrack and see when they can send someone out. Amazon, is pretty good about offering solutions as far as returns. I was given 3 options. 1. Call Norditrack 2. Have a local repair person fix it, and they would refund me $120.00 3. Complete refund on both the unit and shipping (I would assume the 3 year maintenance plan). I am giving this 1 star because despite some of the good and bad stories, there should be no reason why this thing should have died. I am hoping I get a quick response tomorrow and we can work from there. I will update as we go along. ***************UPDATE So it was initially decided that the motor was broken on the machine by the technician who was dispatched about a week later. It took about 2 weeks to receive another motor. Add a few days to dispatch another tech at this point we are talking almost a month since the machine has arrived. (I was actually contemplating of just doing a return because it was nearing the time to pay the charge on my credit card.) Back to the story, so the tech shows up, we have the new motor, and an excited mom, I then find out that its not the motor, but the control panel. Again back to square one, another 2 weeks for delivery. Again a couple days to dispatch a technician once the part arrived. Tech arrived installed the new control panel and the machine runs, and hasn't had a problem since. Its been working with no issues for about 2 months now. Mom is happy, but I'm not really sure it was worth it. At this point I can't recommend purchasing this unit through this sales channel. Amazon was perfect but I don't know if it is Norditrack, the warehouse who holds this equipment, XPO who ships this equipment, the tech who installed this equipment... bottom line... a product was purchased for over $700 and it didn't work for almost two months from the day the transaction was completed. We weren't given anything for our troubles. Yes we weren't told "oh well sorry no refunds, all sales are final", we were offered a refund of $120 if we decided to let Norditrack off the hook and go with a local repair person, but there was nothing saying "we are sorry for what happened, the month and a half that was lost will be on us" (the company that failed to delight you as a customer). The only power as a customer is a review, to forewarn others of such an awful experience. I work in the customer service industry, so I know how hard it can be to please customers. In this case, the product offer and the services to support it were abysmal. Sincerely, Sam K.

Do NOT buy this piece of crap equipment! My experience with this treadmill has been nothing short of infuriating. I first purchased the Treadmill on New Years Eve. Three weeks later, still no treadmill. Kept getting no update for the delayed shipping. When I contacted Amazon, they told me the treadmill was shipped but LOST! How in Moses knuckles does a large item that weighs almost 200 lbs get "lost"? Anyway, they offered to replace it for me with a new one. The new one came within two days. Now, first of all, it is VERY hard to put together and this is with two persons following instructions to a T! Once you've managed to put it together, you cannot use it unless you activate it by going to the IFIT website which is a shameless money grab to get you to sign up for a plan. There is a little statement in small print that says I have a activation code, promo etc. that is quite inconspicuous to the eye. It is clear they are directing you to sign up to some ridiculous monthly package. After clicking into it, I realised NO activation code was provided with my treadmill. The code on the treadmill console NOT the activation code. Came here to Amazon to see if others had the same issue and to see how to get this thing to work and discovered others had the same issue. If anyone experiences similar issues, press the IFIT button on the console and hold for about half a minute and it should activate the treadmill. My issue now is that the incline needs to be calibrated. I suspect that they that designed not to work if you bypass the activation process, to get you to call them to try to sell you plans since they know it is now out there online how to get around the activation issue. I registered the product and saw a message that it is now out of warranty and the treadmill is not even a month old. I have been on hold for forty minutes now to get to a live technician to resolve my issue. EDIT: After sitting on my initial call for 1 hr, finally got a rep who told me the control board for the incline needed to be checked to see if any wires were loose. I screwed it off and checked. All was good. However the motor does a half revolution and then stops. Got back on the phone and waited 2 hrs and 45 mins (YES you read correct) to get a different tech. Did a special video call to show him the problem only to be told, yep, control board it bad and it needs a new part shipped. Won't come until 2 - 3 weeks due to having to go through customs at the border. So I am stuck with a lemon of a treadmill that cannot incline to wait for this part to come that I have to replace myself with Youtube instructional videos, which they have yet to send me. So yeah, I have a lemon. Not amused! FURTHER EDIT: The part came in a box, busted open and with a piece missing and a wire severed. So after pulling off the cover, I knew going in that it would not work as the replacement part looked different from the original. I am exhausted with this treadmill. Now to my surprise, the old original one that was lost got delivered (all busted up with wires hanging out looking like its been through hell). I had to arrange to send it back which was no easy feat. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this treadmill.

Super facil de armar , muy funcional y hasta ahora todo en orden, hace un poco de ruido conforme subes la velocity, pero me encanto 10 de 10

I purchased this item and it arrived on Jan. 30th. I was really excited to use it. I had been going to the gym regularly but wanted a treadmill at home just to walk on in the mornings. However, less than a week after I received the treadmill, the motor started acting up and making a bad noise. Luckily it was under warranty, but it then took ~10 days for the replacement motor to arrive and several days to arrange to get it replaced. Once it was replaced, I was excited to finally be able to use it regularly, but then a couple of weeks after that, the SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. Luckily it was still under warranty, so it has been replaced again, but assuming that I didn't get really unlucky twice in a row, I'm sure it's going to become an overpriced clothes rack once the warranty is done. What's even worse is that I have never run on it, I only use it for walking, so I don't see any reason why the motor would keep breaking other than that it's just a really cheap piece of equipment. I wish I would have returned it when I still had the chance. Other than the motor issue, the look and size are nice. The hydraulic lift system is nice and the display is basic but works well. I was really excited and pleased with everything when I got it set up. Too bad that the motor is one of the most important parts to the treadmill....

Excelente, sin problema con el envío y entrega, solo que es muy pesada la caja, si la van a subir a un segundo piso consideren que es muy pesada y se necesitan mas de 2 personas para movería, además el armado si te llevan como 2 horas, mucha paciencia! Incluye herramienta básica para armarla y los tornillos vienen enumerados, lean bien las instrucciones. Para armarla igual se ocupan 2 o si se pueden 3 personas porque al último hay que sostener el peso de la banda para armar los últimos pasos.

Excelente caminadora. Llegó en el tiempo estimado y su armado fue muy sencillo ya que las instrucciones son muy explicitas e incluyen la herramienta necesaria. Sin embargo se necesitan dos personas para su armado ya que la caja es muy pesada. Llevamos un mes utilizandola y no hemos tenido ningún problema, mi familia la utiliza todos los días en con diferentes velocidades e inclinaciones para correr o caminar y todo funciona a la perfeccion. No es muy ruidosa y es muy facil e intituitiva para operarla. Contiene algunas rutinas ya precargadas con diferentes niveles para quema de calorias, velocidad, e inclinación. Muy recomendable.
