Some weeks ago I started using the bee venom cream, twice a day, while also starting to take Turmeric tablets. . Over the weeks the pain in my knee has gradually decreased and it hardly hurts at all now. The swelling has decreased a little but still has some way to go. I don't know if one of the products or the combination is responsible for the improvement but I will definitely continue with the two together as it's quite a relief to have the full use of my knee again.

Fast acting, little to no fragrance and quickly adsorbed. This is better than any deep heat or pain relief cream I have tried. I’ve been using this product for over 2 years now and would definitely recommend it.

I find it’s great for taking the edge of the pain in my Hands but you have to do it Twice a Day maybe some people might need to do more often
