These are NOT CORNBREAD OR MUFFINS! YUMMY SWEET CORN CAKES!!!
For everyone leaving bad reviews: This is not a mix for CORNBREAD OR CORNBREAD MUFFINS! These are SWEET CORN CAKES. Great when paired with Mexican food! They are supposed to be super moist, scooped w/ ice cream scooper and plated, then eaten with a fork, not your fingers. We Love this stuff!!!!

It's Soooo Good
If you remember Chi-Chi's, and loved their corn cake they put that little scoop on each plate. This is the same stuff. 1 can of cream corn, water, and butter. 45 minutes in the oven. Mmmm, I could eat the whole loaf pan, its sooo good!

Yummmy!!
Firmer than pudding but not a cake consistency. This is so easy to make and absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! Unavailable at my grocery store for years. Why did it take me so long to think Amazon!! So happy I did. I ordered a whole box and will be splitting the quantity with my kids.

Decent flavor, not a great El Torito substitute if that’s what you’re going for here
Decent flavor. I bought this after reading another review that it was just as good, if not better, than El Torito’s mix; I definitely didn’t find this to be true. Slightly bland in flavor. Moistness and texture are good though.

Try is mixture few day after receiving bit. I am so happy. The favor. Ease of making it. Value of price well worth it. Texture is definitely delightful... Smell so good. And fact you can add other stuff to it. Just makes it so easy...
