Good natural sleep aid
Great taste and texture. I've had to take melatonin ever since I've had trouble sleeping in menopause. You can take 1 or 2, so I like that you don't need to take a full dose. Good value for a name I trust. I feel like it gets me to sleep quickly. Good quality, texture is good. They are very effective, and for me there are no side effects. I would start with one and see how that helps! Of course, ask your doctor first 😀

Works so good - BUT...
I was initially very impressed, this stuff works so good. It isn't a sleeping pill, meaning it doesn't make you drowsy, but ever since I started taking it just before I go to bed, I sleep so much better, with less wake-ups during the night. I also wake up feeling refreshed, and well rested. Bonus - ZERO sugar! The ONLY issue is that the gummies are all clumped together, like they were stored in a heated environment and melted a bit. This is my second order and both had the same issue. The second order was so clumped together it's like one huge gummy! I have to dig in the bottle with a knife to try to separate each one - so some come out whole, others come out mushed together of torn into smaller sections. So this makes me wonder if the dosage may be impacted!

Melted.
Bought two 70 count bottles. When I got them, the gummies were melted together. Contacted their "support" because they do not allow returns. They sent me ONE complementary bottle to "compensate me" for the TWO melted ones. It too is a glob of gummies but at least this one bottle looks a little less melted. You can see the gummies more clearly so they might be a lot easier to separate, but still. The bottle is too small for more than two fingers to fit in. Forget a finger and thumb. So I have to use a knife to try to separate them. A free-floating glob of gummies that would rather spin in place than separate a single gummy. It is a pain. This is a picture of the new "not as melted" bottle they send you for complaining about getting melted ones.
