Struggling a bit with set up but very powerful , continuing to work on set up to ha be e better control of turns and stops

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We purchased this during Amazon’s deal days in October as a Christmas gift for our son. He loved it! Setting it up was easy. It stopped working after 4 days. The wheel would seize and the battery would get VERY hot! So much so that we had to disconnect the battery to get it to cool down. Tried contacting HOVER-1 customer service and let’s just say that’s joke! It was past the return widow so we just got him another one since he enjoyed it so much. The new hover board did the same thing!!! We still had time to return that one and we did. We’re going to look into a different brand and hope for better luck. On a side note HOVER-1 finally got back to me nearly a month later stating the manufacturer warranty is void since we attempted repair on our own. Well, if we didn’t I’m sure it would have caught fire! The battery was so hot it burned my hand when I picked it up to move it outside.

My grandson (9) wanted a hoverboard but he's pretty uncoordinated, this works amazing for him! He loves it! AND if he wants to be daring, he can unhook it and ride it normal.

Worked great until it stopped and began to beep and flash then doesn't move.

Granddaughter loves it!!! Very nice good Quality.

Bought 2 of these for Christmas for my kids. One works no issues, but the other only lasts on a full charge for 10 minutes, and yes I timed it. I reported the issue to hover -1 and was told consumables aren’t under warranty and excessive heat and other weather factors can cause the issue. When I replied that excessive heat was not the issue, since the package was opened on Christmas I was told that batteries degrade over time…..so it was essentially degraded in the unopened box. They referred me to my local bike shop to repair.

Excellent product daughter loves riding on it. Easy to assemble. Battery takes around 5 hours to charge and only last about 2 hrs of continous use.

When I received it the front wheel would not spin 360 degrees. I had to order a replacement wheel for it to work properly.
