I was very pleased by the craftsmanship of these tempered glass panels cut to order. I repaired an antique coffee table with them and they look great. I did cheat my measurement down by 1/16th of an inch because their website tells you there could be 1/8 of an inch variance on the size you order. I split the 1/8 an inch in half to order because I didn't want them to be too big, but they ended up being the exact size to fit. My advice would be to cheat your measurement down a tiny bit to make sure.

Great window. Cut too perfectl size for what i needed. And it comes really well wrapped very secure. Would buy again if needed.

Ordered a replacement shelf insert for my computer desk, fit was spot on. As long as your measurements are accurate then what they ship to you will fit like a glove, so measure twice then measure it in metric just to be sure. their packaging was excellent, you could tell that they wanted to be sure it arrived in perfect condition no matter what gorilla handled it.

Needed two replacements for glass end table tops. Ordered the glass and couldn't be happier. It arrived on time as promised, was cut exactly to the dimensions I provided, and the edges are nicely finished. Fits perfectly and looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered 2 custom table tops. They sent a message saying one was delayed due to a mishap which was OK, I understand things happen... But when it arrived the edges were just cut raw, roughly sanded if that. There's some kind of bubbling and damage along the edges from the cutting itself looks like, as shown in the video. Definitely not a professional job for what they charge. Debating whether I want to to go through the hassle of sending it back, going through another company for a new one. Disappointing nonetheless.

Sharp edges. Sliced my finger pretty good. Noticed a lot imperfections along perimeter. Was packaged very well however.
