This chair is an investment, not a luxury.
I have a job the requires long hours in a chair so I have experienced a number of discomforts over the years. The lower pelvic support is a game changer. It makes all the difference in comfort. I have tried so many lumbar support chair and they do absolutely nothing to alleviate pain or pressure points. The extendable foot rest is fantastic. When sitting long hours in a chair your feet will get restless so the foot rest is the perfect switch up. The adjustable head rest is a necessity. It's impossible to sit in the same upright position all day so when you want to recline a bit but still focus on work, the headrest provides the perfect support for you head to see the screen rather than looking up at the ceiling. One feature I would never have thought I needed was the arm rests that rotate inwards. When you recline back the armrests move with the back rest so they provide support to your arms as they reach out to the keyboard. Since they can rotate inward, you can adjust to whatever position that is comfortable to reach your keyboard. If I had to nitpick on some improvements I would like to see, it would be the mesh seat. It's actually very comfortable for long hours of sitting and there's no sag in the material so far (1-2 months of use) but sometimes I like to sit crisscross in my hair and the mesh can be uncomfortable rubbing up against my ankles. Wearing long socks alleviates this pain therefore I would not change the seat material if that meant less ventilation or less comfort for long hours of sitting in a normal upright position. If you can't tell I swear by this product. It's not a luxury, it's an investment.

Great chair idea, but not worth it.
I've purchased this chair in July 2025 and it was good for the first month or so but then it started to get uncomfortable. I thought the mesh would be the best option for a chair, but when wearing shorts makes it uncomfortable due to the mesh rubbing on your skin. The adjustments on the chair was nice until you hear every single adjustment. While you're moving and adjusting, arm rests do tend to wiggle. I loved the adjustable lumber support until it wouldn't allow me to lock it anymore - possibly sometime in October 2025. I wouldn't recommend this chair due to the functionality. It seemed like a good chair and I also looked through tik toks and social media but it was not a good fit for me, especially working from home.

Had trouble puttting the head on.
OKAY! A FEW THINGS! I had a hard time getting the head on. Not only that, the manual is a bit confusing and even had a typo in it. I had to look up a youtube video just to understand what I was doing. HOWEVER! Once the whole thing was complete, I took my first seat and OH MY GOD THIS THING IS SO GOOD ON MY BACK! It feels very comfortable. The mesh is strong and the adjustments are easy once you understand how they work. I would say this chair is about worth it’s price considering it has a lot of adjustment features. Though, if you don’t want so many features and like simple, don’t get this one. All my other ergonomic chairs have always gotten ruined due to weight and me leaning back in them. This one feels very strong and could withstand regular use. I will come back in about half a year to see if it still holds up. Bottom line: if you’ve got money and you want a good chair with a lot of adjustments and back support, this one is for you. If not? Good Ergonomic office Chair!
Breathable and comfortable, refreshing all day long. This mesh computer chair is really suitable for summer! Breathable fabric ensures that sitting is not stuffy at all, cool and comfortable. No need to worry about sweating anymore, it's definitely a blessing for summer! √ This body art chair combines appearance and texture, not only practical but also has a super high appearance, simple yet sophisticated, instantly elevating the level of my workstation. The ergonomic design and sedentary design are really great. Even after working for long hours, you won't feel back pain or discomfort, and sitting is very comfortable. The independent lumbar pillow, which fully supports the chair, is designed to be very user-friendly and provides good support for my waist and back. It is not tiring to sit for long periods of time and is particularly suitable for people like me who need to work at a desk for a long time. Flexible adjustment, do whatever you want. I particularly like its adjustable backrest design, which allows you to sit up straight during work and relax and lean back during rest. The functions are very comprehensive and the user experience is particularly good! Updated on 30 October 2024 I bought the Hbada E3 Pro(white one) before and this time I bought the pink one for my girlfriend to dress up her gaming room. The pink color really suits her room so well! The look and color fits the whole room. The pink armrests have one less folding function than the white one, but they are sufficient for everyday use. And it's also comfortable to use as always, very adjustable and protects my girlfriend's waist, back and neck when she's gaming. I'm very satisfied with the whole Hbada brand!

Terrible Customer Support From HBADA for such and expensive item
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT CHAIR BUT TWO VERY BAD ASPECTS ( Adjustment and Armrests) The chair is great, but man something recently with them regarding shipping is wrong. I bought one from here (Amazon) and another on their website (hbada.com). DO NOT buy from them directly. It has been a month and half with no shipment or details. Two weeks after I paid they never reached out to explain the delay and take a week to reply to any emails I send to the support asking about it. They will send you the same copy pasted “sorry about the delay want 15$ off of this 500$+ purchase and we will maybe ship it out in another month.” They have delayed twice now but I only find out by asking them, they will never tell you. Not just me btw, look up HBADA shipping Reddit and you’ll find people saying the exact same thing. Also they have a shipping policy of 3-9 days that they truly do not care about. I am appalled at how little they care or realize most people buying direct have no where to put them on blast for how they truly are since you can’t leave a review on their website, so instead here is a REAL review on their Amazon storefront page. I like my chair it’s very comfortable but now I’m wishing I gave my money to a better company that truly cares about their image, also I really hope nothing breaks for this since I KNOW their customer service is terrible and you really can’t expect any help from them. If you don’t care to get help or anything else than the chair from this company then it’s a good buy I would say while on sale, but let’s be honest, at this price tag there really should be much better support than what they have. I would honestly rather pay a little more and get an actual support warranty and all the bells and whistles that come from the competitors at this price range. As for ONLY chair review wise, everything is good about it except for the adjustment and armrests. These two are HORRIBLE but not a deal breaker. Adjusting the chair is annoying but once you have it set honestly just dont touch it (until it inevitably clicks out of where you have it set). The armrest on the other hand are very table dependent but I have found that they just aren’t really that good given the comfort and adjustment. They sit very high up so if you have a lower table your arms will dig into the edge of the armrest which honestly could do with better padding. The legrest is really nice, chair bottom is floaty and it has good ergonomics. The normal lumbar/back support is good but the two side portions kinda don’t really do anything. I really don’t expect to hear anything from the support but will try to remember to update this review once I receive the other order. The one from Amazon directly came fast and it is good, this is mostly when buying direct from them HBADA. ORDERED on 7/8-14 (I do not want them to know my order # given the exact date but will edit once received.) Have yet to receive order, reached out to support 3 times and both have said about the same but change the “EXPECTED” shipping date lol, not even delivery date.

Decent chair, but over priced.
The Hbada E3 Pro is a good chair, but overpriced. Quality control is a concern. I had at least five different screws missing plus the allen wrench. Upon further inspection two chair pieces had hairline cracks which I could only see because the sunlight hit the chair at just the right angle when I was putting it together. There is a strong possiblity I received a return item - there was double-tape on the outside of the box and on many of the packaged parts. The chair was comfortable, but due to the plastic materials in the arms the chair does "wobble" more than it should. I would not push myself up or out using the armrests because they feel flimsy. Regarding the armrests - listen to the previous reviews. They are high and do not move enough to be able to push the chair in. The foot rest bar is also made out of plastic and wobbles - a lot. Lumbar and head support are good. The base is solid. The chair controls need refinement to work more smoothly. You can feel the plastic material used in the blend of the mesh which may cause issue with those who have sensitive skin and allergies. English instructions - both the booklet and the assembly video subtitles - need corrections because they are both incorrect on what screws to use where. You have to see which screws the guy points to in the video to get the right ones. Overall a decent chair, but should be more in the $200-$225 range for the materials used and the lax quality control. Returning. UPDATE: The seller did reach out to make certain I received a refund which I really appreciated.

Did not perform as expected
Based on all the good reviews, I hope I just recieved a rotten apple. But first, this was far less comfortable than the $200 gamers chair it was to replace, even though this has tons more bells and whistles than my old one. Second, it only holds "best" position briefly, with any of the plastic position ratchets, particularly in the backrest, coming loose before long. Along with that, if the main back falls below the rim of the lower back support, it's terribly uncomfortable and will even pinch my back. Yet if they all are spaced out well, the lower back support spring it too weak to really function at all. The primary tilt spring, too, is far too weak, offering no back support outside of a locked position. Unaware of this, I felt as if I was falling backwards upon lean. Note: there is NO adjustment possible for either spring tension. Thus, to lean back upright is like leaning forward from any fixed reclined position. And even with the seat slid as far back as possible, if I lean back enough I end up sitting on the hard plastic frame. Not comfortable at all. I liked the fairly wide arm rests, but wish they slid back farther and the front portions were longer. I was really excited awaiting this delivery, and designing custom armrest attachments for most ideal mouse pad and keyboard supports, along with an automatically upright cup holder. I hate to have to return this, but I'm convinced I need to at least pick out my next locally, AFTER sitting in it. Regardless, I hope Hbada listens and upgrades next design dramatically. But honestly, every part seemed cheap and weak, not at all standing up to the very high price. I'll pay as much or more, but only after an in-person test. Update for Amazon, not the chair: I've never had to return anything this large and cumbersome, but Amazon made it quick and easy. I'll keep ordering much more than I need, and with confidence.

Let's not talk about the positive and assume anything not mentioned, it's all good. Okay, now the negatives, and after that I'll opine. N1. Comes with standard cheapo made for carpet plastic casters (wheels). Add 30-40 bucks to the cost of the product because no one uses the provided wheels. N2. The head rest. Remove the housing for it and inspect it. The plastic gear thing inside it that allows setting height was marred smooth, but others have stated tightening the side bolts, which are only visible after removing the 6 screws that keep the housing together, need tightening. This piece is fully assembled from the factory and there is no mention in the manual about it possibly needing adjustment. Thoughts and opinions: Great bang for the buck, less expensive than a used HM Aero and slightly larger as most used HMAs are not the XL model. Arm rest adjustments are nice, and not something most think about until they've lived in the chair for a few work weeks or more. Lumbar is solid. Lumbar wings seem gimmicky , but man do they provide some serious sustained support for better posture. It took a few months but once I started using them I can't imagine a chair without them. Comparing to my in office HMA this is the superior lumbar option - and I've occupied 4 different HMAs, none had a lumbar that I didn't need to frequently adjust. The seller/vendor/brand: 10 year warranty, they stand by their product and they provide documentation and schematics for this chair which most sub 1k$ units do not and will not provide. Lastly, this chair more comfy than a steelcase series 1/2 and a herman miller aeron. I've been in IT for a long time and I'm very familiar with enterprise grade cubicle chairs - this product wins.
