Are there any ear muffs that block out the sound of the human voice?

Hi, Pro For Sho Earmuffs is noise reduction earmuffs designed to reduce harmful noises like high frequency sounds such as gunfire. However, it won't completely shut off the sound. The reason we couldn't come up with a pair of earmuffs that blocks out total noise is due of technical difficulty/limitations. Sound waves enter through the ear and it sends vibration to our tiny bones in our middle ear, so that's why there is some type of Bluetooth wireless headphones called "bone conduction headphones" which allow a wearer to hear ambient noises though headphone didn't actually cover any part of the ear. Theoretically, for a pair of earmuffs to achieve complete silence, the size of the muffs should be as big as an astronaut helmet and weighted about 10lbs which would be uncomfortable and unrealistic :-) Should you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@proforsho.com and we are happy to answer any question you have.
