Game-changer is really an overused adjective. But I've got to admit, it does apply here. Very possibly the best underwear I've ever purchase. Let me tell you why. Then let me give you some advice about buying the right size, because it can be tricky (but once you get it right - you won't wear anything else). Imagine putting on your underwear, except it feels like putting on something custom made for you. The Modal conforms to your body the way it should - snug, but comfortably so. I tend to wait bottoms low on the waste, which can create rolling waist bands. But these rode perfectly and generally do not need adjusted. The V-Fly is really superior and makes things super easy to get too. The Pouch is the star and absolute perfection. You drop right into a blend of great support, isolation and if desired, a nice (not obnoxious) amount of visual enhancement. I've only run them through one wash and dry cycle, but they laundered really well and there's no indication they won't continue so. Now here's the advice on sizing.... If you are close to the next size down as far as waistband, go with the smaller size. You're going to be balancing the Pouch's ability to hold you with the structural tension of the whole pair's size. And in my opinion, you need the tension to make the Pouch function optimally. And probably more importantly, don't let your ego pick your Pouch size LOL. When in doubt, again, go one size down if you're not totally sure you can fill out a Pickleball's or Softball's worth of space. Again in my opinion, you want to err on the side of snug if you want any support or visual enhancement. And Modal stretches a tiny bit during the day. Get the sizing right and you'll want them on every day of the week, in every situation. Big credit to Real Men for cracking the code on this style of men's underwear.

Oh my goodness where have these been? I’ve tried many types of underwear and I can honestly say that these are some of my favorites of all time they are very soft very, very comfortable and the pouch on this thing is wow great. I generally have avoided the separate pouch underwear, having tried some of them, and they actually caused me more discomfort than prevented it but with these You sort of just drop into it and your cradled in a cloud of happiness. The sizing I would say is fairly accurate to the chart but honestly, I probably could’ve gone down a size and I might try that for the next pair that I buy just to see. As nice as the pouch is throughout the day they do tend to stretch out a bit and I don’t fall out of it, but it just doesn’t feel as secure as when I start the day if that makes any sense. The quality these though is very well done they’re well-made. They’ve held up to washes so far after a month or so, and they breathe very well. We’re coming up on summertime so we’ll see how they do in the ungodly furnace that is my workplace in the summertime. These are rather thin so if you prefer something thick and heavy, these would not be for you. The waistband is wide enough to where it doesn’t roll all over and I also don’t feel like I have to pull them up to my chest in order to get them to fit correctly. I really appreciate the fact that they have not only different waist sizes but different pouch sizes. You wouldn’t think even for an average person that would make a difference, but it really does. These are probably some of the best pairs of boxer briefs style underwear that I’ve ever tried. I would absolutely recommend buying these things. I’m going to buy more of them. Great job.

soft texture, not itchy, good quality and will keep everything in place for the most part. make sure you get the right size, while they are a little stretchy i find myself getting pinched because things have shifted over an extended period. other than that these are worth the money, fits good and simply designed for comfort not style

I’ve tried three different pouch-style underwear brands, and these are by far the best for my needs. If your goal is to stop having your genitals smooshed, stuck to your legs, or requiring frequent readjustment, I highly recommend these boxer briefs. What really sets these apart is the pouch shape: there’s no special hole or hammock, but rather a well-designed pouch that holds everything up and away from the inner thighs, similar to the support you’d get from a jockstrap (but with more comfortable and breathable fabric). The fabric is high quality, and the stitching is excellent throughout, giving a premium feel and durability. The fit is perfect—no pinching, bunching, or discomfort. I never need to readjust during the day, which is an issue with traditional boxer briefs. I was skeptical about the horizontal fly at first, but after just one use, I became an instant fan—it’s much easier to use for both exit and re-entry than a traditional vertical fly.

Excellent underwear, soft, comfortable and supports my balls. The front flap works well for when you get erect or when you need to pee. Also the 7 inch long ones are good for stopping thigh chafing.

Two things I do not like are the waistband and the flap covering the pouch. Both lack strength. I'm an average sized guy and I have to constantly pull them up. The elastic needs to be stronger in the waistband and the opening to the pouch seems to loose. Other than that the fabric is nice and soft. The way they conform to the buttocks is nice and the length is nice. Do like how they keep my package cooler and more comfortable.

The material feels really nice and they look GREAT while on, but unfortunately they lose their shape very quickly so the bottoms of the legs have rolled up by halfway through the day.
