Had to install on the outside of the door
Pantry door swings in. If attached to the inside of the door, would have had to leave the quarter-inch gap between the door and the jamb. That wouldn't work well for rodent deterrent. So it's on the outside and actually looks pretty nice, if anyone even notices. Would have been better if it came with black screws to match. Bought some of those separately at the local hardware store rather than taking the time to paint the included ones.

Fine product - not right for me
The rubber pice on the bottom is very short, about 1/2” so you need to have super level floors for this to function properly.

Junk adhesive
These things are junk. I cleaned the fan blades and stuck them. Within a few days they were flying off the blades. Not on the side stuck to the fan, but to the side the adhesive was on the pads. I'm finding them in all the rooms on the floor.

Sturdy
My son cut to fit on the bottom of my side door to my garage. It was easy for him to install but he's very handy. It's nice and sturdy and it's perfect for what I needed. I don't even think a spider could get underneath of it.

Exactly what I needed to re-do the seal on my side and back doors. They look great, super strong and great quality!

Not steady
The door guards are sturdy and seemed like a great buy at first. My door is a bit shorter in length and with the instructions I used a hacksaw to shorten it. But once I did that & attached it the rubber stopper keep falling out. I tried this with both and the same time happened. W.e you do don't trim it if your door is shorter, just return it.
