Absolute bliss
Lovely bread or muffins every time. So easy to use. My only “issue” is that it is so tasty that it’s really hard not to just eat it all as soon as it comes out the oven. Thick slices of warm cornbread slathered in butter, absolute bliss.

Delicious muffins in a Jiffy.
My whole family loves these corn muffins. I have tried repeatedly to replicate the quality from scratch, but I just can not get it right. The ones from scratch are nice, but nowhere near as nice as these. The texture is so much better with the Jiffy muffins. These are also much easier ot make. No weighing or measuring. Just dump the ingredients in a bowl, give it a quick stir , pour into a pan and bake. Start to finish takes about 15 minutes, and it really adds a special touch to things like stew, chilli, or even a roast dinner.

Easy to make with minimal ingredients.
Great mix, I use this as a base for my sweet potato and bacon cornbread. You can use it as, still tasty and quick to make.

months past BB date sadly. still usable, just.
Ordered in Sep 2025, arrived with Best before date Jan 2025. Still usable, sure, but does not bake as evenly as product still withing BB/expiry date and is more prone to produce "sad cake", especially when used for deluxe cornbread recipes.
