Instructions were easy to follow. Collecting and mailing off the sample was easy. Dropped it off at the local mail facility and had my results within a few days. I can see how keeping one of these around the house would be very useful in the future when you get a scare.

Complete waste of time and money. Unreliable customer service. Sent test out according to instructions. Received no notice of them receiving my test until a month later when they said to register online. Called me at odd hours of the day to register. Registered on the date they said was the last day but their was no option to even put the correct dates anymore. Just emailed to see what happened but because I didn't call them or emailed them, just registered it in their app that was results that were apparently in are now thrown out. First time trying one of these, never again. Waste of time and money.

This was such an easy process. I received my kit in less than 24 hours and once I mailed it back, it took less than 48 hours for me to receive my results. I followed the instructions and was so pleased with how quick and efficient the whole process was. I also really liked how they offered aftercare if the results came back positive but fortunately for me they were negative. Highly recommend using this kit. Also, it is super affordable!

I’m not sure why people have been saying the instructions are hard, when in reality, I was able to make an account and register my kit in like 20 mins. The instructions card was easy to follow. I shipped out my sample in the beginning of the week and got a text saying my results were ready only a couple days later. This was so much easier than going to a doctors office and I got to do everything on my own time.
