Exactly what I needed. I sit at a desk most of the day and my posture isn’t the best so my neck and shoulders are sore daily from sitting incorrectly. This neck/shoulders massager is exactly what I needed to reach those knots in my neck and shoulders. I wish I would have purchased sooner. I love that no plug is required so I can wear it while doing chores around the house or sitting on the couch away from a plug. Charging is fast and battery lasts a long time. The directions are easy to understand and it has good pressure and is very portable with the included bag. Overall I feel it was a good price for the quality.

Heats up quickly and targets tight traps and neck muscles. Does a much better job than other more expensive shoulder massage tools. Cordless, rechargeable and easy to use. Pressure is just right. Doesn't leave me feeling bruised like my other massager.

This gets used so much we might need to order another one!It helps get the knots out, relieves pain helps relax after a long day of doing construction or doing mom things! It fits great in a duffle bag to take with wherever you need to go!

It only massages with the top ones, but goes deep into the neck to get the hard knots. You can easily adjust the positioning and pressure with the handles. very helpful for after work if you work on a computer.

Love it! Can only handle 10-15min at a time on my neck until I'm good and tension free! I also put it on my lower back which is sooo awesome!

Received this today after I ordered today. I get migraines and they always begin in the muscle connecting my shoulders and my neck. Using a massager typically helps a small bit if I feel one coming on.I had a corded massager that broke two days ago. I loved that thing.This one is smaller, which is good, and has a strap you can use so your arms can be free. With my other one I looked like a T-Rex while using it. So for convenience I do prefer this one.BUT this one is not adjustable. Meaning you can’t control how strong you want it to be. You can control the speed, low or high, and the type, thumping or kneading, but that’s it. I like a really, really strong massage and this just doesn’t give me that. I’m going to try it for one more day and see if it’s something I can get used to, but I’m thinking it’s going to be returned for something else.

first time i used it, i was sitting in front of my PC. i passed out so hard i was woke up by me snoring LOUD. i have used it 4 other times and i have learned that i shouldn't use it unless i want to take a nap. this is a gadget that you will never have to dust. it seems well made but I'm betting i will ware it out.
