Gonna Return This pole saw!!
This product is very poorly designed. Very top heavy and the balance is awful? In one of the pictures in the instructions it looks like the figure using it has a handle he is holding half way up the pole! There isn’t one so if you purchased one of these pole saws don’t bother looking in the box for a handle. Because it is so top heavy you really need a handle on the pole and the shoulder strap is nearly useless because it is in the wrong spot.The battery seems ok no worries there. If you are cutting above your head your arms will give out before the battery!!Finally the instructions are laughably poor! Gotta put it together pretty much on your own!

CHAIN PROBLEM
Cuts like champ but keeping the chain on the rail is A REAL PROBLEM. Some great innovations but chain probs diminish their ease of use.

More powerful that I initially thought
I thought I would have issues with this not having enough juice to cut some higher branches on my tree but this cut through like butter. The adjustable head pivots by the press of a button so you don't have to worry about the limbs being at a weird angle. It has two triggers that you must press in order for the chainsaw to work so it's very safe. I charged it overnight and it lasted for the 15 minutes or so total time i've used it so i'm not sure how long the overall battery life is, but this is a keeper for sure.
