great networking rack
I like this rack a lot. It is my first computer rack, so I don't have a frame of reference. But as far as I am concerned, these are the things I like about it:- easy to assemble- sturdy- well priced- fairly clear instructions- came with a nice template to drill holes on the wall. All in all I am happy with this purchase.

Good value
I am using this rack for my small home lab. It was really easy to build, with all of the necessary parts included. Mounting to a wall was simple, especially with the included template. It's sturdy and will last for years.

Surprisingly heavy duty for the price. Cage nut side is a little tight.
For the price this is a fairly sturdy rack. It is easy to assemble and it has both threaded holes and cage nut rails for mounting. One note the cage nut rails on my rack were slightly undersized. I could not mount a Vertive 800VA Rackmount UPS in on the cage nuts but it did fit on the threaded hole side. Not ideal but completely workable. It comes with some threaded feet if you want to put it on the floor or it has mounting holes on the back side of the threaded side of the rack. I intend to mount it with lag bolts through the cage nut holes to match my location. It feels like it will be sturdy enough even supporting a UPS. The metal is suitably thick and stiff for mounting multiple ways. The shelves are handy to have but not necessary depending on what your mount. It ships in a very compact packed box that is heavy but if you have to haul pieces to a job site it would be very space efficient until you put it together.

Astounding. Should be on display at the Smithsonian.

Perfect for home theater equipment
Not only is it perfect for my home theater equipment. But it fits my PS5 and my UPS Battery backup with line conditioner and surge protector. Very easy to put together and very strong.

Its a bit overkill home networks, if you have the space.
At $99 it is worth it for small/home networks. Problem may be space. The dimensions of this rack are bulky and you won't realize until you mount it on a wall or leave it on the ground. I was able to mount it on wall in a small closet over those crappy clothing wire racks in a spare bedroom. Perfect height for my needs because I couldn't use the upper U's of the rack. Only used the bottom 5 U's with a vent. I know its a bit of overkill on space and price but good for organization and use of space.

If you only read one review, read this one!
I wanted to give this a good review, because it's simple stamped out steel and fits the bill. It's sturdy enough and quick to assemble. If you're looking to buy one of these and notice that some user reviews complain that the screw holes don't line up, feel confident that it's user error on their part. They should know better than to completely tighten any of the joints before lining things up and checking if they're square. Always check for square in everything you do!If you intend to use this square holes, which it does have, think again. It looks like you should be able to flip around the corner posts and use square holes instead of the round threaded but you can't.This is supported by other reviews stating that "its great that you can use cage nuts with the square holes" but that review is false. This might mean that Tecmojo pays for or sends "free samples" to people who never even set up the rack, or used it for anything. I really hope someone who set this thing up noticed that the side panels were welded. The side panels are spot welded and the square holes will always be on the sides because, in the designer's infinite wisdom, they also made the width and depth 0.5" off from each other, so you can't even turn it sideways to use the square holes. The dimensions are clearly documented but it is *not* clear that the side panels are welded together until you open the box. This, and other poor design decisions like this, usually mean to preclude you from using this product for anything that would need the utility of a more expensive product, forcing you to buy that more expensive rack.I.e. Let me hang my 2U server out of the back and secure it with an extension! As for the rack I purchased, I've already assembled it and returning it now feels dirty although I totally should just return it. I'm going to angle grind the welds off, and flip the corner members around so I can use the square holes with cage nuts and put it back together that way.Hope this helps anybody else building a homelab server.
