This fixed a problem that I had with the first 360 camera, this camera tilts down very far, and that is perfect for my laser as I no longer need a mount that puts it in an angle, and it has a new amazing feature called Auto Cruise, this will let you use presets, yes, presets are on this camera :D, and cruise will go through all the presets automatically, and you can schedule them based on time and day of the week, it looks like you can only make one time zone, but that is fine since you can activate it any time you want, this is in the Pan-Tilt setting, the quality is amazing, 2K, the Ai tracking is awesome still, sound detection amazing, just awesome, also the whole base turns 360 and the head tilts up and down, there is also a private mode where the camera will turn away and turn it off, this is an eye icon on the main page with all the camera, this will use a unique preset that you made just for that, and turn to it, I which it did not turn off the camera every time, I would like the option to do it or to not do it, but still cool, and there is also continuous recording where depending on your SD card, can record up to 12 days on 128G and 36 days on 16G, This is just the perfect camera for my use. Edit: You can make multiple time frames and toggle them on and off.

So I have An actual baby monitor but I had an overnight event I had to attend and I was so paranoid about not being able to watch baby. I definitely trusted who was going to be the caregiver I just need a sense of relief to know I could still watch over my baby and to be honest I missed her and this was my first time away. Now as for the device itself, connectivity was not bad. There were a couple of steps to step up the device (connect to WiFi, pair with phone) the usual stuff but it was very easy and it basically walks you through it. The picture is clear and connects pretty quick when I pull up the app and want to watch live on phone. I love this little camera but I’ll have to purchase something so I can store more files. The size is small and comparable to other cameras I’ve purchased in the past. You can’t beat that a subscription isn’t needed I think that’s what truly sold me.

This is a bit of a fail on Eufy's part. The Eufy C220 homepage says "HB3 compatible". The Amazon sales page says "HB3 compatible"? Want to guess where this is going? Yep. Nope. Not compatible. Updated firmware? Still not. And since it isn't compatible with HB3, the video has to be stored locally on the NOT INCLUDED microSD card. So get this, plug it in, can't set it up! I scrounged around and found (luckily) an old 32GB card. To install the card, you have to manually force the eyeball toward the ceiling to find the slot (can't tilt it in the app... because you are still stuck on the choice of "add a microSD card" or "buy cloud storage"). The camera pan and tilt function works well (although a bit slowly). The recording and motion detection are decent. Hopefully a FW update will come soon to add the promised HB3 compatibility. EDIT: updated the Eufy App to version 4.8.32 (released four days ago), and now I can connect it to Home Base 3. BUT... doesn't get the improved AI motion recognition modes that the HB3 grants to other "fully compatible" cameras. Disappointing in a newly released model. Only HUMAN and ALL OTHER MOTION. No pet detection. This has a "privacy mode" like other Eufy indoor cameras (when switched to PRIVACY, it will rotate and face the wall). Unlike the other Eufy cameras, you can't schedule this mode. EDIT: FW update now allows scheduling PRIVACY inside of the HOME MODE. The camera is slowly getting the features it should have had at launch.

I love this camera for monitoring spaces since it allows you to set preset positions, then turn on Auto-Cruise and let it switch between them automatically as its recording 24/7. For example, I have one mounted in the center of a crawlspace, then set 4 positions and the length of time I want it to spend on each one. So over time I get a video of the whole space with motion alerts covering everywhere as it constantly moves around all day.

Bought three of these. Different models. All three stopped or barely work. Lousy WiFi. One loses power at a certain point in movement, essentially dead, second stops working after a few days or lousy signal. Third is right at the access point and drops. Ring devices zero issues. Save your $$ for the good ones. Oh and the base is barely usable hard to get vids off. . apps are lousy.

I purchased these cameras a elder cams and liked the fact I didn't have to purchase a subscription. These cameras are very nice, beefy and well made. The video quality is excellent and easy to install. I have a couple of Ring cameras but these are so much better. I purchased 4 and would buy again

From time to time I have to keep entering Wi-Fi password. For some reason it cannot connect to my Wi-Fi and I loose access to camera. Very annoying!

The eufy Security Indoor Cam C220 is a budget indoor security camera with 2K resolution, 360° pan, and 75° tilt. It offers AI detection and tracking, and supports local storage with a microSD card. However, it requires continuous power and doesn't support HomeKit. Have many around the hous!
