We have had this for about a year and a half now and let me tell you this little dime has put in some work , and is still working amazingly! We have an older 600 sqft single wide, so not the best with keeping moisture out. Ever since using this, I have notice the little bit of moisture that would get on the thin windows on the inside of the house have vanished, so I know it’s working! We empty the bucket once in the morning and once at night! The filter is super easy to clean just pop it off, rinse it, dry it, pop it back in, and done! It beeps at you when you need to wash the filter too!

I ordered two of these dehumidifiers. I’ve had them for about seven months. One is still doing very good. The other began to not collect water. I took the back apart to see what may be the issues and found some coals that were damaged during the manufacturing process. I reached out to the company. I sent them pictures of the issue. They asked me to do simple troubleshooting procedures. Once that was complete, they determined that it was not cooling efficiently. They then refunded me the full amount to my original payment method. I’m very pleased with their customer service and their quickness to solve the issue, I plan to replace the one that is damaged with the money they gave me back.

It did work a tad, definitely removed water. Even though I let the refrigerant sit for 24/hours, it started to perform bad after a week. The humidity sensor in the unit is inaccessible as it is internal. The unit stayed blinking at 25% humidity and kept the unit running at max because of the faulty sensor. It performed well at continuous mode and drying, wish it would have lasted longer. Easy return with Amazon. *Update: after speaking with their customer support, they offered to send a free replacement, I could not accept since I purchased a different unit already but their customer service was great and I would have definitively tried out the replacement.

Easy to set up and easy to empty the water tank once it fills up. It tells how much humidity is in the air and lets one set it to the correct amount. When the tank is full, it shuts off automatically. My husband likes it because it runs very quietly. He used to unplug/turn off the dehumidifier it replaced so that he could hear the TV. With this one, it runs silently in the background. It came with a drainage hose which we haven't used as we just dump the tank. The only thing is that the item is MUCH smaller than we thought-- the tank holds very little water, but there is no drain nearby so we will need to purchase another one.

I have had this unit for over a year and the room size rating is bogus. This is only adequate for a single enclosed bedroom. The functionality of the unit is fine.
