Many uses for b.infantis
B.inantis is incredible. I like to purchase this and make yogurt with it, add to smoothies, add to any dish that it blends in well with. Easy to use, and very effective. I also like the added value of making my own probiotic capsules with it.

Made a great fermented dairy product
I got this for my grandson. He did not get a good start on gut health do to antibiotics and c-section. We got this for him now that he is old enough to have a yogurt like substance. He is improving in health. Also, I got it for my granddaughters since this strain is supposed to improve sleep. They are plenty old enough to have yogurt and we are hoping for better sleep. It made a nice thick creamy yogurt like fermented product.

Worth the money!
This stuff lasted forever! I have been making home made formula now for 8 months. And it works great with my child’s stomach! Dissolves easily is water. Doesn’t have a smell. And comes with a little measuring spoon! Great product!

their probiotic injured my liver
I made yogurt out of this. Which means I made A LOT of this; a full quart! I took 1 tbsp each morning right before breakfast for 3 days straight and it made my liver start to hurt really bad that 3rd night. I decided to stop for a day, and did not hurt that day. I took 1tbsp again on day 5 and it hurt my liver something fierce that night. I started to think that L.Infantis is something different than I had read a lot about online. It is supposed to overgrow and saturate your entire gut lining and intestinal track. From there it coats your gut lining with tryptophan which prevents any unauthorized entry of foreign bacteria, or basically anything that is not Lacto based can not permeate. The tryptophan is what makes babies sleep so soundly and long. It is supposed to be able to kill intrusive bacteria using this and other methods which are fascinating to read about. At first I didn't think this agreed with me, and it is why the human body tries to kill it within the first 30 days of overgrowth. My body started trying to kill it by day 3. It was incredibly thick, like a lump of rubber on my spoon. It stopped being wet, but instead was a large piece of taffy. Intensely thicker than my other lacto and bifido probiotics. After using several other probiotics on Amazon, I am coming to a realization... that most of the probiotics being sold are not studied by the company selling them. But instead purchased over-seas at face value. I am starting to realize most of these 'probiotics' are not sourced from any human, but instead from other creatures such as canines. This one in particular is incredibly stringy, like how dog saliva hangs off a canine's maw. I am getting strong vibes that this is not the L.Infantis found in human babies. Human derived probiotics should not be stringy. They should be powdery, or the consistency of regular yogurt. I would advise everyone to start demanding these sellers to disclose the sources for their products. We need verification that these are "for humans, by humans" and to KNOW what the researchers wrote about THE VERSION THEY ARE SELLING. Every specific probiotic should have a very specific notation like GG or another version. (GG Is often not the best version, but is named after the first initials of the two scientists whom studied them.) And the seller should provide links to documentation of the research already completed on their version. The sellers are not disclosing enough information, and simply purchasing barrels & drums of random versions of these probiotics from China. Probiotic versions are incredibly important to notate. If you get one version of the same named probiotic it is most likely incredibly different than another similarly named probiotic. Bottom line: This L.Infantis injured my liver severely, and I have the doctor report to show for it.

Makes the most delicious Super Gut yogurt!
I make Dr. William Davis's fermented dairy, (yogurt) with this. It is the most delicious strain I've made, and I've made 9 different strains of yogurt.
