Quality does not get any better than Markus products. Essential for RAW and QUALITY ingredients w/o any fillers. Everything in it is essential. Although this is not my favorite tasting product, it’s truly healing. I combine the powder with equal amounts of his Vitamin C powder. Or I buy the capsules, although it’s a toss up of what’s faster!!! And goes down easier!! As suggested in his and Cara’s videos on youtube. (With a frother, if you are picky about it blending thoroughly). My sleep has greatly improved. With a whole food diet. I found my hormones balancing. Mentrual Cycles are finally PAINLESS and barely noticed besides the obvious. I feel like I’m finally absorbing my nutrients. And my sleep is deep and healing! As you can tell, I’m a huge fan!! I've been using these for about a week and it does seem like my sleep is more restful than before. Placebo or not doesn't matter if the result is happening.

This was helpful. I wish I could have continued. Sleep improved. But mixing with western medicine medication did not work. Good.

This has an impressive blend of ingredients, but a dose is six capsules and you can even go as high as twelve. Yikes. I am starting with a smaller dose because I am not a fan of capsules but am willing to work my way up to a full dose. Wish me luck!
