As a lactose-intolerant girly, I am so grateful OWYN exists! Makes it so easy and delicious to get my protein content in for the day. I genuinely look forward to drinking them every day. I love adding them in with my iced coffee in the morning for a protein “boost.” The vanilla flavor is amazing. Will buy again and again.

Found and used OWYN during difficult radiation therapy for non smoking throat cancer and continue to use it even though I am six weeks out from finishing the radiation. Love the taste of the vanilla. Very soothing to mouth and throat during radiation treatment. Not so happy with chocolate, which I found had too weak a chocolate taste. Very healthy ingredients. Following radiation metabolic numbers were significantly improved. I believe it was due in part to OWYN. Two somewhat negative points. Too few calories (180) to use alone for weight maintenance during radiation. Packaging makes OWYN impossible ( for me) to open without using a knife to cut away excessive secure packaging. Cut myself twice. Despite that somewhat ridiculous drawback. I strongle recommend OWYN.

I find the Vanilla to be the best flavor. It just tastes the cleanest. Some flavors are a bit chalky but not too bad. It has a good amount of protein. However, I found I got tired of these very quickly. Overall, they are good.

Absolutely un-edible. I don’t know why companies promote their products as having zero sugar then add 5 times the amount of sweeteners? These are absolutely sickening sweet. You couldn’t dilute them with a gallon of milk to make them even drinkable. LIST THE AMOUNT OF “SWEETENERS” IN YOUR PRODUCTS!

Owyn Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake delivers a solid 20g of plant protein with a reliable multi-source protein blend, plus superfood greens and vegan omega-3s. The flavor is surprisingly rich and smooth—almost like a light vanilla ice cream—and it’s extremely convenient for on-the-go use. Cons: The quality has slipped in my recent purchases. The last several cases had noticeable clumps, no matter how long or hard I shook the bottle. It makes the texture inconsistent and less enjoyable. Kinds of reminds me of spoiled milk. Bottom Line: Great taste and great nutrition, but the clumping issue needs to be fixed.
