First of all this product works exceptionally well. As somebody who cannot have caffeine due to migraines this product gives me that boost I need for those early morning gym sessions. Flavour isn’t great but I mix it the night before and store in the fridge and then down it before my workout, tastes nicer when cold. Noticed significant improvements in strength and performance with this product

One of the best pre workouts available in terms of actual useful ingredients with propper dosages. The fact it's caffeine free means I can choose to add caffeine if I feel I need an extra boost. There simply isn't anything else as effective and it's also very well priced. I sometimes pair this with a nox booster on arm days for an even stronger pump.

Turns into a solid mass after a few weeks. Despite having the desiccant inside and having not particularly humid conditions, the powder has become almost solid. It's extremely difficult to get into a bottle and mix up now. Real pain in the behind. None of my many other powders have had this happen to them, so I can't believe I have unusually high humidity. When I am able to consume the contents they seem good, just needs tweaking in the formula to make this a fit for purpose product.

Been testing this product for a few weeks as have been looking for an effective non-caffeinated pre-workout that was potent enough to carry me through some potent workouts. The conclusion? It's useless as a pre workout. No noticeable surge in energy or focus or drive that is promised to carry me through my workout. Felt nothing. Probably ok as an intra workout as with water it's quite refreshing, it just doesn't pump me up for my workout or do what was promised.

At first the flavour was okay, over time it’s a real struggle to try and get it down, its super sickly and not enjoyable at all. The powder also went lumpy in the bag even though I close it properly. Overall, it seems to make me last longer in my workouts, but not effective every time and it does make me tingly which I’m not sure If I like.

100% satisfaction. I can't use any caffeine products as it has affected my sleep. This one is great. Gives you the energy needed for the work out and you can easily fall asleep. Not sure about long and hard work outs as I use it for Barre, hiit etc. The taste is great, like a lime squash. Be aware it might send you to the toilet before you start your workout, which I don't find as harmful at all. Will definitely buy again as it gives me a bigger boost then other brands I have tried
