Works really well. Though I just put a drop on my finger and drag it across the lower lid. Works in a couple of minutes

Incomplete purchase.
The eye wash is fine but the product packaging was damaged and the eye bath was missing. Fortunately I already was in possession of an eye bath but my purchase was incomplete. Unhappy.
