OMG, this machine is the holy grail! Made nuggets ice in less that 10 minutes that was the right amount of soft and crunchy! I'd bought a cheaper ice maker that took 3 days to make a fraction of the ice this one made do effortlessly. The noise is a low hum that didn't interfere with TV watching or anything. I do a follow up in a few months. This thing made so much ice I had to pause it because all our ice buckets were full! Great product!

Item is a fantastic ice maker for a small family, I would not suggest it for any family above 3 people as it likely won't keep up. I had a sonic ice maker from a different manufactory & the tank consistently leaked we chose to sell that one to someone who could manage it better & get this one, the water tray is fantastic since it goes int he machine zero leaks, the ice is good enough for 2 32 oz drinks In my opinion and it works pretty quiet & efficiently. Would buy again if this one breaks

I was initially enamored by the EUHOMY Nugget Ice Maker, imagining a lifetime supply of pebble ice bliss in my future. And oh, how I loved it in the beginning. It cranked out nugget after nugget of delightful ice nuggets that turned my mundane beverages into luxurious treats. We were on a honeymoon phase, and everything was perfect.Fast forward about five months, and my sweet ice-making companion turned into a clanking monstrosity that sounded like an angry robot trying to escape its own existential dread. The noise could have been used to test the limits of human patience. At one point, I thought my kitchen had been transported into a heavy metal concert, minus the thrill.Naturally, I sought help. Little did I know I was about to enter the "Support Helpline Circle of Doom". Calling the support number led me straight into a wall. After precisely one minute of being serenaded by the world’s worst on-hold tunes (complete silence), the call would abruptly disconnect, leaving me questioning my own sanity.Desperate, I turned to web and email support. I quickly discovered that this so-called "support" is orchestrated by an AI with the attention span of a goldfish. I would painstakingly type out my woes, only to have the AI come back with the same questions it asked before, as if our previous interactions were just figments of my imagination. If I had a nickel for every time I re-typed my serial number, I could have bought a lifetime supply of actual ice.In the end, the EUHOMY Nugget Ice Maker promised me a wonderland of icy joy, but left me in the cold - figuratively, of course, since it stopped making ice. Now I'm stuck with a broken ice maker that's "under warranty" and no actual way to use that warranty or get help with it. So, if you're looking for a machine that promises delight but delivers exasperation, look no further!But seriously, invest in earplugs, patience, and maybe a backup ice tray.

Changed from a bullet ice cube maker to this one. Wow. It’s amazing, the light looks amazing at night. The ice is perfect. It makes so much so quickly. We no longer need it to always be running. After one night we already have all the ice we’ll need for a couple days. Amazing purchase.

The machine is a little louder than I would like, but not bad. The nuggets add up quickly, and last longer than expected. Overall I'm very very pleased so far. I'm hoping it keeps working.

Absolute game changer!! This ice stays in my cup all day & it is so easy to use and clean. I absolute love it!

We bought this ice maker to replace one we had bought a few years ago (different product) that finally failed. A few pros for this machine. It’s quieter than the first one we had. The ice is made quickly. It’s a nice looking machine, and the light inside the unit is a nice looking feature. Some cons. The ice bin for storing the newly made ice is small. If I fill up my yeti mug with ice it empties about 2/3 of the bin. The water storage for new ice production is small also. This likely has to due with the small ice storage capacity. The previous machine we had provided larger ice storage and could fill more glasses/cups. The ice melts quickly in the bin and solidifies into a chunk that has to be broken apart to then use. All in all, I like the machine but I wish it had a larger storage capacity.

Love the machine makes the fan noose but is not a big deal. Ice is made fast and in florida heat is necessary- 🤩 super pleased
