Fun puzzle but the pieces are in rough shape. Some are bent. The blade they used to cut must have been dull. Definitely a higher difficulty level then we are used to. Just need to finish the sky and we'll be done this week.

1 broken piece, tear in the bottom of the box when received, (fortunately the pieces were in a bag so I hope they are all there, spent way to much time having to us tweezers and remove the paper from the incomplete cuts and torn backing. Definitely not worth the cost and so far all I have done is sort pieces and glue pieces back together.

Honestly I wanted to write one star because it’s so hard and I haven’t been able to finish it lol. However, it is a great puzzle and very intricate. My dog ate one peace the first night I opened it so it’ll never be 100% finished, which is so sad lol

2 stars because we love the artwork however…We recently bought 2 puzzles, this one and a 1500 piece Ravensburger puzzle. We put the Ravensburger together first. It was well cut and the pieces went together smoothly. Compared to that this puzzle is a nightmare. Unfortunately the picture doesnt help as the colors are very dark which is why we liked the picture but that is not the fault of the manufacturer but rather a note to others regarding the level of difficulty.We started with the edge pieces.As others have said the pieces in this puzzle are nut cut well so that combined with the picture means that in any given spot there might be a dozen pieces that seem to fit but only by closer inspection holding two supposed mating pieces up to the light do we see that the fit is not quite right. Even mating pieces that we know are correct together vary from fitting tightly to fitting loosely.Once together I’m sure it would look great but we were not having fun. Considering we couldnt get even the edge done without much frustration I’ll be boxing it back up and returning it.

While this is a beautiful picture, several of the pieces were bent and some were torn. The puzzle pieces were coming apart as you put it together. If you nudged it at all pieces fell apart.
