Impressive
Appalled at how well this worked especially for how cheap it is. But it needs to be wet. You can maybe cut 2 inches dry and het the hole started but i had 8" horizontal to drill and it wasn't working well dry past 2-3 inches. Even with trying to pull it out and spraying some water into the cut. I had access to the other side of the wall. So i drilled a 1/4 inch pilot hole through the wall and inserted a barbed 1/8" hose fitting connected to a hose on the other side from where i was coring. Basically piping a low trickle of water into the core bit from the other side. Finally cut like butter using a bosch hammer drill on the regular drill setting. If you're drilling vertical you can probably just hose water at the bit and pool a puddle but if horizontal think about how you are going to get the bit hydrated. Worth spending the time and buying whatever little hose adapter parts you may need. With proper water flow the bit works great. No chipped teeth.

Great for brick, does the job well.
Great for brick. Used on a few projects. Take it slowly, and know how to start your hole.

Great for the price
I had to do some coring for work at a stadium, which is something we normally sub out but my boss wanted to pinch pennies. Turned out the cinder blocks were filled with concrete. This bit struggled big time with the blocks that were filled until I drilled about six pilot holes. After that, it went through it much faster. I used it to put in 4 sleeves and it didn't break. For the price it isn't bad considering the ones sold at electrical supply places were like $500.

Weak points
Max SDS shaft broke off where it threaded into core drill. Lasted 3 inches into poured concrete with no rebar.

Went thru cylinder blocks with ease.

Not to skookem.
I used this bit to run two sticks of 2" PVC out a brick wall. The bit did great on the first of the two holes. However, after making it approximately 3" into the second hole, it gave up and separated/broke at the end cap. I ended up having to peck drill the rest of the hole with a smaller bit. Not a terrible bit for the money, but would have liked to get more out of it. No 'teeth' broke on it.Some details/specifics of the job it was used on;- I used the bit dry- used in a small rototry hammer with adapter- the wall was 15.5" of brick (had to drill from both sides)
