Beyond Amazing!
I have now got 4 pairs as I’m scared to be without them. I have a pair by my bedside, a pair in my suitcase,a pair in my handbag and a pair in my overnight bag. They totally block out noise to the point that last night the fire alarm in the hotel I’m staying in went off at 2am and I didn’t hear a thing. Luckily there wasn’t a fire but that’s how good they are.The pair I carry in my handbag are the ‘Engage’ version. I have Misophonia and the sound of someone chewing, crunching or sometimes just breathing sends me crazy. These really do help with that as they tone down these noises and I don’t get wound up by them.I use the extra small size and for the first couple of uses they are a bit uncomfortable but they soften up quite quickly. They comfortably, fit snugly in your ear and don’t fall out like standard ear plugs. They are expensive but in my opinion they are worth every penny. Before I got them I hadn’t slept through the night for years now doing that is pretty much the norm for me and I feel better for it.

Useful for travelling
These are pretty good, block out most background noise and definitely help me fall asleep. But I do find my ears can be a little sore in the morning, despite experimenting with the different sized plug.

Super Comfortable and Really Work!
The Loop Quiet 2 earplugs are a game-changer for sleep and focus. They’re incredibly soft and comfortable—even when lying on my side—and the customizable fit ensures they stay in place all night. The 24dB noise reduction is just right: it blocks out background noise like traffic or snoring, but I can still hear important sounds if needed. I also use them during travel and deep work sessions, and they help me stay calm and focused. Plus, they’re reusable and easy to clean. Highly recommended for anyone with noise sensitivity or looking for better sleep!

Pleasantly surprised (for a while - Update)
I've been working my way through all types of ear plug to try and find the best fit for sleeping.I'm a side sleeper and there has been a lot of trial and error, so when I saw reviews and adverts for these ear plugs I thought they could be a decent alternative to the silicone moulds I'd been mashing over my ear hole every night. They were quick to arrive and I followed the instructions on the first night to twist them into my ear, and I'm now realising how bad a fit my noise cancelling earphones are because these were pretty tight! The 'twist' locking manoeuvre can take a few tries to get right, but it is a snug fit once the plugs are in place, and you'll know they are in place when start to hear your head's inner workings. The default 'medium' size was perfect for me, although I'm tempted to try a bigger size to see how much of a vacuum I can create in my ears (we've all wanted to do that...).I wasn't expecting them to be comfortable, but they are surprisingly so - not enough for them to feel invisible, but they are certainly more comfortable than anything else I've tried. The 'loop' grip fits nicely into the ear and it is possible to side-sleep with them in, although I have woken up in the early hours quite regularly since using them over the past week.Sound is not completely blocked out as others have pointed out, but they make a huge difference to block out sounds of pounding feet and slamming wardrobes coming from above late at night. My main disappointment is mainly for myself in not realising that Loop have a similar 'Dream' ear plug specifically for sleep, and in Loop for the product description on Amazon which leads with 'earbuds for sleep', whereas their own website describes these as being ideal for 'naps'.UPDATE:I was initially very pleased with these, however they did become too uncomfortable for sleeping in, to the point that if I did manage to drift off while wearing them I would constantly be waking up until I removed them.I went back to using silicone earplugs, which have been the most reliable solution for me, but have since taken the plunge on the Dream plugs from Loop, which have been infinitely better for sleep (quite pricey, however).

They work!
Bought for my husband who works nights, and sleeping during the day with a toddler and a baby was proving difficult. This fit the brief: they are comfortable to wear as a side sleeper, easy to get in and remove, block out a lot of the kids screeching and gives him a better quality sleep. He was able to get a good fit with the available size options too.I no longer hear him moaning about noise from downstairs, so they are a winner in my book.

Dissapointing
I was pretty disappointed with these. As someone who has tried numerous foam earplugs over the years, the noise reduction with the loops was very minimal. They're definitely not any better than a lot of the cheap reusable foam ones. I might use these during the day if I want to take the edge off some sounds, but I definitely couldn't use them at night like I was hoping to. I bought them with the intention to replace my single use soundblocs, but they don't block out enough to be able to sleep with them.I was surprised that they had pretty good rating, but maybe other people managed to get a better fit? I didn't find much difference between the medium and large size tips, they both fit pretty much the same. When I tried pulling them out they didn't just fall out easily, so I'm pretty sure I'm using them right, I just don't think they're very effective. The tips are made of a very thin material, so I don't know how durable it would be.Only real positive is the carry case is very nice and small and has a key-chain hoop, so if you did take them out and about with you that's a bonus. If these are supposed to be the quiet ones and have the most sound reduction then I'm really glad I didn't buy any of the others like the experience or engage, those would have probably made no difference at all for me.
