The quality you'd expect from an American icon!
Absolutely excellent product—exactly what I was hoping for. Setting aside the iconic and well-displayed Westinghouse logo on the packaging, the printer itself is sturdy, with easy-to-follow instructions. The quick setup process is intuitive and clearly illustrated. They even include a memory stick with the print driver, which is incredibly helpful if you don’t have internet access. What impressed me the most was how easy and fast it was to set up and start printing without any issues. I had previously purchased a pricey Brother QL-1110NWB, but it was such a hassle that I ended up returning it. In contrast, this Westinghouse printer comes with a standard driver, allowing you to print directly from any application, whether you’re using a Mac or Windows. Plus, you’re not limited to proprietary label brands—you can use any labels, which is a huge advantage. The print quality is exceptional—crisp and clear—and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend this printer. Well done, Westinghouse!

Excellent Shipping Label Printer!
I recently purchased this shipping label printer, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. From unboxing to setup, the entire process was fast and hassle-free. It connected to my computer effortlessly, and the included software made it simple to customize and print labels exactly how I needed them. The print quality is sharp and clear—barcodes scan without any issues, and the labels look professional every time. It prints quickly and efficiently, which is a huge plus during busy shipping days. I’ve used it with multiple label sizes, and it handles them all with ease. One of my favorite features is how quiet it is compared to other printers I’ve used. It’s compact too, so it doesn’t take up much space on my desk. If you run a small business or ship packages frequently, this printer is a game-changer.Highly recommended!

BEST PURCHASE You won't regret it!
There's 100 reasons why paying a little more for a thermal printer. This printer is a little heavier than the cheaper ones. Very well made. Easy set up and install. You can either use there USB FOB (supplied) or go online to download the drivers. I went online. Make sure you get the right drivers for your computer. Mine was windows 11. Printer turned on, downloaded the drivers and I was in business. The printer does come with some labels which I thought was nice. Customer Service is over and above. I had a few questions and the gentleman from support was easy to understand and took his time to explain things to me to get me on my way. Nice to see and hear a great American company doing good.

Reliable thermal printer with usb and/or ethernet connectivity
I bought this as I became tired of printing paper shipping labels and taping them to boxes. I tried a couple others on Amazon that were smaller, faster, and quieter, but used printer drivers from China and did not have the labels inside the printer. The drivers may have been ok, but I'm reluctant to chance it anymore. Plus one had a paper jam after my first label had printed fine. I chatted with tech support regarding the second one and they said they thought it was defective and offered to replace, but first impressions mean something.Thermal printers can get rather expensive but for the amount of labels I need to print in a typical week, I didn't need a super-duty commercial printer. I have a Westinghouse TV that works great, so I thought I'd give this a try. Compared to the other two I tried, this printer is a little louder and not quite as fast, but it's been working great. The sound is actually comforting as I know when something has printed. The main reason I liked this option though was because I wanted to connect it to my home network via an ethernet cable. If my computer is down, I can easily print from another as I have the drivers installed on additional computers on my network. I'm using Windows 11 (everything is updated/current as of this review). Note: When installing the driver from the Westinghouse website, I got a message saying the printer connected was not supported by the driver, but it did discover the printer and it worked fine.Westinghouse, you should look into this.I also wanted one with the labels internal to the printer. This has a roller inside with a clear cover over it so you can see if the paper's getting low. I wanted a self-contained unit and if I don't need to use it for a while, the labels are still protected from dust or accidental shifting of either the printer or the labels. Just my preference.I've now printed about 10 labels with zero problems and zero concerns. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a thermal printer similar to my needs.

Works fine. Makes printing labels much easier.
Easy to setup. Works fine. If setting up as a network printer, make sure you are familiar with the process - Westinghouse's instructions are pretty minimal. Removing one star from a five-star rating to account for the lack of information regarding setting up as a network printer.

Don’t hesitate to buy it!
This is for the Westinghouse WHTP203e label printer. Great label printer! Easy to set up. The instructions do not show it but if it is on the network you can select Network during setup and it will see it. Clean print. This will be so much nicer than cutting and taping labels!!
