Works great for me

New hydroponic gardener, surprisingly easy to use for a first timer!! Adjusted my ph and my winter lettuce garden is taking off!!

The product is great . The app. I'm not so sure about.

Was looking for a solid backup pH meter pairing with my Gravity probe and this was new to market and holding good reviews. While calibration is straight forward and user friendly, I calibrate using all three: 4, 6.86, and 9.18 ... I noticed the pH slippage soon after and by day 3, when I need to use it, the pH offset was +.7. At first, I thought, "great another Vivosun cheap-o." -- After calibrating several times in a short timeframe, I was in a rush one day and only calibrated using 6.86 and 4. After a few days, when I needed to pH again, magical it was only .02 off from my Gravity printout. Ever since then I went more than 3 weeks without the calibration process and the pH slippage as only been +.04. -- Images were taking +3 weeks after calibration. Not only does it give accurate pH level(s), but also gives temperature, EC and PPM readability. Conclusion: Although I noticed the offset/slippage in the beginning using all 3 pH solutions, this has been holding up great ever since the 6.86 & 4 calibration. This would be a great introduction investment if your looking for a quality pH meter that's quick to printout pH values within .05 range. The temperature and EC functions have been on point. The EC comes calibrated and reads 'natural values'. Not sure how long the battery with live, but with a quick backlight timer, it's a function that many would say is a negative, but I see it as a battery saver, which is a plus. Remember to store sensor in 3M solution when not in use. I recommend.

Customer Service Is Non existent. I purchased this Ciztada ph meter around June 2025, but didn’t need to use it until December, when i opened the box for the first time. Could not get all 3 powders to calibrate at the same time. Meaning, the first powder 6.85 calibrated correctly, but the 4.00 wouldn’t calibrate to 4.00, it calibrated to the 6.85, but the 9.18 calibrated correctly. So i rinsed everything out/off, and restarted 3 diff. Times; which the other 2 calibration was off. All 3 refused to calibrate correctly. Wrote to Ciztada, never answered, Amazon customer care wrote them on my behalf, and they STILL never responded within 4 days. I will purchase another brand. Thank you Amazon for helping me.

The meter itself works accurately and is easy to use for checking pH and other readings. Unfortunately the glass probe arrived broken, which was disappointing at first. That said, the company handled it exactly how they should. They replaced the probe quickly with no hassle, and the replacement has been working properly since. Calibration is straightforward and readings are stable. Good product overall, and solid customer support when something went wrong.
