Excellent holder, way better than the suction ones that fall off your dash or windscreen. Obviously it takes space of 1 cup holder but that’s no issue for me. Secures in position well, holds phone well, phone position has good adjustability (face recognition works for me without having to remove phone). Really good, I drive a lot taking people to / from hospitals etc. and always using google maps for directions. Really happy with this holder.

Probably a bit harsh to give a three-star review as the product itself is pretty good. However, it's very tall, and probably doesn't need to be - this means that although it fit snugly enough in my cupholder (and the MY20 Outlander has a very wide cupholder), it didn't fit under the overhang of the dashboard. On the upside, the returns process was nice and easy, and I found another item that just about fits (Belkin car cup mount - B00NL7GTXG - if anyone is interested). I guess anyone other than Outlander owners can ignore this review :)

Reasonable to good.. It holds the phone fine, even holds it offroading. The cup holder past it's made of the best material, it sometimes comes out when you remover your device from it.

I have used several phone mounts over the years and this one turned out to be one of the most reliable designs I have tried.
