Can I use MiCard if I am an Android user?

Sorry you can not use it. It's only support iOS devices.

How do I add MiCard to Apple's Find My app?

Press the button on MiCard one time and you will hear a tone. Open the Find My app and tap Items > + > Add Other Item. Then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.
