Pure for Her Nutritional Supplement, 80 Count

At first I was skeptical about this product. I've always suffered from constipation and always feel like u have a loaded barrel. (Gross I know!) It's very uncomfortable to not have regular bowel movement. After I started taking this product I can feel my colon clean. And my turds are nicely shaped. I seriously wipe once and nothing on the toilet paper. I love it !!!Sorry about the TMI.

I suffer from IBS flare ups. Stress and eating the wrong foods makes my symptoms worse. I've tried psyllium husk by itself and it worked well for the first month I started using it but slowly began losing its effectiveness. I thought to start using this product because in addition to psyllium husk, it has flaxseed, chia and aloe vera. I thought it was worth a shot. So I started taking them in the morning with a large helping of water. It curbed my appetite for sure, and I have been feeling lighter lately. It's a great feeling. And I don't experience the cramping or gas that I would expect with a stool softening agent. Definitely will be purchasing again!

I only used it for a week, but didn’t notice a difference at all. I actually felt worse. I probably didn’t give it enough time to work, but I need relief ASAP. I bought Metimucil and noticed a difference the next day. I will not finish the bottle of Pure for her now that I have found another product that helps with my stomach issues.

I don't understand this but this product did just the opposite for me. It made me constipated and irregular, which isn't like me. I tried it because for the first time in my life I was having constipation,and this supplement did not help.As soon as I stopped using the supplement, I was regular again. I am sure it has worked wonders for many people, I am just not one of them.It had no side effects but unfortunately it had no benefit for me either. What helped me was a supplement that block's the absorbtion of carbs and sugar, the white kidney bean. Thanks for letting me share my experience.

Did not work for me. I used it for 6 days. It made me bloated. I looked like I was 4 months pregnant. I stopped using it, now my stomach is back to normal.

I saw an ad for this and decided to check it out because it was so funny! I had been wanting more fiber in my diet, so I compared this other fiber supplements and this seemed the most practical! I've been taking it for a few weeks now and I must say, I can tell a difference when I don't take it! I've felt so great and it has reduced the bloat I had, as well as keeping me regular. I've recommended to friends!

Welp, there’s not much to say about these besides that they make my poops very solid and good. Quality poops since taking these. Gives me bedroom confidence too which is great. Also the capsules aren’t too huge so they’re easy to swallow. Awesome product!

Fast shipping, great product. It helped with my constant cramps. I had always been more than regular. I wanted to try because of constant stomach problems (loose stools and constant cramping) and it has worked for me. Now, I dont go more than twice a day.
