Jambu Women's Juliet Oxford Flat

I ordered my usual size 7 regular, and found that this was too narrow for me. (This particular JBU Juliet just has a narrow size.) I returned them for a 7 Wide, and was really pleased because they fit perfectly, and I HAD to have these shoes. I'm like a little kid when it comes to these Juliets. I wear them with/without socks, no 'break-in' period. The padded insole is very appreciated by me! The adjustable strap is easy because it has Velcro. The 'bungee' straps stretch so easily, and bounce right back. The Toe Box worked out GREAT! I'm a 'woman of a certain age', so it's all about sizing, comfort and how absolutely CUTE these are!♥

This is my 6th pair of Jambu shoes...sandals, Mary Janes and boots. Every pair has fit perfectly (I wear 7 1/2), are comfortable and so darn cute! They are also long wearing. Except for one pair our pup chewed up I still have every pair and still wear the first pair I got about 5 years ago.

I’ve been ordering JBU brand shoes for several year, because I need the “treaded sole” of a sports shoe but an upper that is lightweight, airy and a maryjane style. This is the closest I can find to the JBU original -an all over mesh style of which I had 6 pairs. If they manufactured that older style I would buy 6 more. but thought I would try this. Fit is great. Comfort too. I even like the elastic straps. I would rate it perfect- if it were less “leather”and more mesh. Good but not perfect. Still hot in the “leather area”. The SW has more hot days than cold. I like to wear these 24/7 9 months of the year with everything from jeans/ leggings to dresses.

I love these shoes, but unfortunately they just don't fit me. Sporty, yet cute and not as bulky as a Keen. Much more feminine. Will work with shorts, skorts and casual dresses.However, even in wide, they rub my pinky toe. They are comfy everywhere else and the charcoal color is a nice change from all my black. They didn't work for me, but you shouldn't hesitate to try them. They are supportive, but not crazy supportive and they are flexible and appear well made. I still recommend.

I've ordered several different styles of shoes by Jambu and can tell you that these do not disappoint. I've found all of my mine to be comfortable, lightweight, and cute too!

the lower the rating goes. They have a good and comfortable fit. That's a plus. However, they are heavier than anticipated or wanted, and not as cute or fashionable in person.My MAIN dissatisfaction is that they are very warm shoes (!) even in the cooler northwest weather. The reason for the "too warm" is the very closed toe area, which encases the foot in non-breathable man-made materials. The (foam?) cushioning in the sole adds to this problem for the entire foot. I now wear them for only short periods of time - after that they are too distracting to keep on.

I have been wearing JBU shoes for at least 10 years. This is my 6th pair. Like all the rest this shoe is very comfortable. They must look good too because I receive many compliments. All I say is JBU.
