Very sturdy, make HUGE batches of coffee.
Great for making huge batches of cold brew in a bucket (.5 to 1 lb ground coffee per gallon depending on if you want it drinkable or as concentrate), and if you swish them around in very hot water, maybe a little vinegar, rinse, and hang them somewhere with good airflow to dry they're perfectly reusable for a few batches. They don't tear easily, even when squeezing the coffee grounds with gloved hands.

Great for home use also
I brew 1 gallon of cold brew coffee at a time. These bags make it incredibly easy, results in a better tasting coffee, and saves time and energy. I previously had to buy whole beans and then do a coarse grind as I used stainless steel inserts or a lighter duty bag. Using this cold brew bag lets me use a finer ground which gives a better flavor and a shorter brew time. I no longer have to buy whole beans and can just buy the pre ground beans from stores. Seems minor, but it takes a bit to grind enough beans for a gallon of coffee. Since I'm only doing a gallon of coffee I cut the bags apart at the seams so I have two squares rather than a bag. I put the coffee in the middle, fold the sides in, pull the corners up, and tie it in a knot.My favorite recipe so far and one that seems close to my favorite store bought coffee, Stok's green label, is as follows:2 1/3 cups of pre ground Peet's Greight Heights. Put the coffee grinds in the cloth, wet the coffee somewhat before tying the cloth shut, and then drop it in a one gallon jar. Fill the jar with water until 1" from the top and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours. After 24 hours remove the cloth and squeeze it to get the concentrated coffee from the grinds, and then add more water to the jar until the jar is filled to within 1/2" of the top. So dang good, and I'm saving gobs of money.

overkill
I got these to make some cold brew but they are a little overkill for a single person. These are for a commercial operation, the bags are strong and reusable even though it says disposable.

Good for it's purpose
I was only able to use 1 before the rest was ruined by my own incompetence. Not sure what got spilled in the package but had I put them up they wouldn't have gotten contaminated. If they were individually wrapped it could have been prevented as well, so 5 stars for product, 4 stars for packaging.

Works as advertised.
Worked great and did a really good job at keeping the coffee bean sediment out of the final cold brew product.

Nothing special, but they do the job
These work just about as well as a paper coffee filter, but are much larger and stronger. Good for when you want to squeeze the last little bit out of the grounds but don't want to worry about tearing the filter. If you're brewing a large amount of cold brew for a gathering/party, you need a bigger system and this is an important part of that. You can brew a lot of coffee with these. One thing to note, you may need to do a secondary filter if your grind is too fine, but otherwise, these yield pretty good results.
